I'll share! I read the newestt chapter of Naruto this week. I don't like the American translations, it ruins it so much. But the raw Japanese scans are so choice. I liked seeing Sasuke get his a** beat by the Raikage then Gaara and the gang intervening. Kankuro's a skank by making Sasori into his puppet...

any way. this is mostly to the captain and vice captain of the guild

since this is a rp guild i think it would be easier for the members if it is a bit more organized. First of all, you can get some subtopics to clear away the clutter. you can have subtopics titled ( Roleplays, Crew only, General Discussion/ suggestions, Questions and help, Contests, Games, etc)
That will make it a lot easier to navigate through the guild, The titles are pretty much self explanitory, you can move the already created threads into the respective subtopics, the main forum can be used for introductions of the new members of the guild, information about donating to the mule, rules in the guild, Affiliations, important updates or announcements, and an absent thread <-- which is basically where people tell you if they will be gone for a period of time so they dont get booted.
Games can be for the members who are currently scene locked or just waiting for approval and some ideas are ( the alphabet game, where basically you post one sentence to continue a story and the first letter of each sentence has to go in order of the alphabet.) [ there is also the word game where the word you post has to start with the last letter of the word in the previous post e.g Apple, elephant, telephone, etc. ]
You can make a contest, saying who ever donates the most to the guild per month receives say a blue gift box, or another item. ( making a thread for Donation recordings in the main forum would make it easier)

these are merely suggestions, im in no way saying that you guys have done a bad job, i think the guild is wonderful.!

so then we should get a vice captain o.0 and i think crew members can do some of those things too, but im not sure
