Ok. General plot?
...
A girl named Winter moves to Astrea island, she's got a powerful team of pokemon uncharacteristic (in all reality) for her age, being as she's only 18. She's dark and has a history she doesn't much enjoy talking about. When some strange events start happening and theres a sudden resurgance of Team Rocket she seems more worried than seems reasonable.
Her friend named Whitney is really confused and has no idea how her friend is so tough and why she isn't. When Team Rocket shows up on Astrea island looking for Winter, Whitney and Winter get caught in the middle of it.
(I want it to be fairly vague....)
Post your eevee certs! And wild pokemon are totally acceptable, just fill out the form too.

Brief Background:
She grew up poor with no dad in Vermillion. Early in her teens she got caught up with Team Rocket. When she was fifteen she was recruited. Eventually Team Rocket fell and she was convicted of theft, kidnapping, ect. Instead of serving prison time she was sent to live on Astrea Island with her extended family.

Brief Background: Kimba is a new trainer to Astrea Islands. Having just recently turned 18 he figured it was time for a change of scenery. Where he came from is unknown to those on the island. He seems friendly enough but he doesn't talk much about his past. His only pokemon is a male Eevee by the name of Cor with a uniquely colored coat of fur. He received Cor as an egg from the Eon Labs and has formed an extremely close bond with the lovable red furball in the time it's taken it to reach adulthood. Despite this he seems to be an experienced trainer, which leads many to wonder why he has no other pokemon. He currently lives in a small house in Greenbeach City.

"This is Appleseed Town." Whitney spread her arms at the minute town. "And yes, this is all of Appleseed Town."
"It's quite..." Winter was struggling for a word to postively describe it. "Quiant."
"Small." Whitney corrected with a smile. "It's really really small. Annoyingly small."
"Yeah, I was trying to be nicer about that..." Winter smirked slightly. An Espeon stood on the ground beside her. He mewed and stretched his body in a long cat-stretch.
"Nicer? It's Appleseed. I've known everyone here since I was an infant." Whitney scrunched up her nose a bit. "Or most everyone, theres been a few new additions to the island lately."
"Like me?" Winter smirked again before the smile fell from her face. She was tense, always on guard.
"Yeah, just like you. There's a nice little ice cream shop this way, they sell poffins for pokemon too. Vortex may like one."
"Mm, show the way." Winter sighed, pressing her shoe slightly against Vortex' side. The Espeon mewed and a deep pur rumbled from his chest before jumping up to follow the peppier Whitney.

They'd been out here for about an hour now, he and Cor, silently walking along the coastline and enjoying the sounds of the beach and ocean. The two of them really didn't do too much nowadays. Cor had finally matured and neither really went about looking for battles, though they sure never turned down one presented to them.
He figured it'd seem more normal to go out and search for new pokemon, but his heart just wasn't really in it. None of the wilds they came across interested him enough for him to go out of his way to hunt them down.
Cor on the other hand had his fun when his trainer wasn't around, flirting shamelessly with just about every pokefemme that looked his way. He enjoyed the freedom and trust given by Kimba, allowing to him to walk around and rarely ever returning to his pokeball.
These were the thoughts that passed through the two's heads as they walked alongside one another.

Winter and Whitney were sitting in Apples Ice Creamery, Vortex was sitting on the table munching slowly on a sweet poffin.
"Do you have any Pokemon?" Winter asked, licking at a vanilla cone.
"Um, yeah. A Leafeon, Pikachu, Sandshrew, and Vulpix." Whitney counted them off her fingers. Winter smiled and laughed slightly. "Shilot, er, Leafeon is my most used. I've had her since I was five."
"That's a long time." Winter muttered, looking at Vortex. The Espeon was finished with his poffin and was sitting up, alternatively flicking his twin tails.
"Yeah. She's a sweetie." Whitney smiled. "Here...Shilot, go!" She flipped the pokeball out and the unique Leafeon emerged, her shades darker coat glistening in the bright sun.
"Leee" Shilot chirped, happily absorbing the bright sunlight.

He smiled down at the red Eevee walking beside him, which chirped happily up at him.
'It's how it all started, just me and an Eevee against the world.' He thought to himself, reminiscing on how his journey had first started out.
How long had it been, almost seven years now? It felt like an eternity ago and yet just like yesterday...

"I can't stay long, my Aunt wanted me back..." Winter smiled at Whitney.
"Oh, too bad." Whitney frowned, and exageration behind her expression. "Here, I'll walk with you back."
Winter nodded and left the appropiate coin for the poffin and ice cream.
"So, you grew up in Vermillion, right?" Whitney asked, looking towards the taller girl. Winter's lips tightened.
"Yeah. I moved form there." Winter grumbled slowly. Vortex wove between her legs, sensing the negitivity radiating from Winter.

He walked into Professor Krane's lab hesitantly, unsure of himself and this "adventure" his grandparents had said it was time for him to start. He hadn't taken two steps before the Professor popped out of nowhere.
"Kimba! I've been waiting for you! Your grandparents told me you'd be on your way."
"Hello Professor Krane..."
"What's wrong my boy, you don't seem too happy?"
"It's nothing..."
"Are you sure?"
"Yes..."
"Okay...wait you're not nervous are you?"
"..."
"It's okay to be nervous, it's natural. You're doing much better than your grandfather. When he came here he jumped and fell on his butt when he saw the Pokemon."
At this he let out a more relaxed laugh, grinning goofily.
Seeing that the tension had been broken the Professor lead him over to the table where a single pokeball sat waiting for him.
"Normally you'd have a choice of three but all the other Pokemon had to go see an old friend of mine for a kind of checkup. But I'm sure you'll do fine with this guy."
Walking over to the table he picked up the pokeball and released the creature inside, the red energy soon forming into a brown fox-like critter.
"Eevee!"
The small Pokemon leapt into his arms and licked his face, chirping happily at it's new master.
He laughed and grinned at the Eevee.
"I think I'll name you Sunny!"

"Didn't like it there?" Whitney asked. Winter didn't reply, looking away. A low rumbling purr was Vortex' only sound.
Silence followed Winter's lack of a reponse. They walked in silence towards the apple orchard house that was Winter's temporary residence.
"Well, it was nice to meet you. I hope to see you around, or like, gimme call sometime or something." Whitney smiled and waved when they reached the driveway to Winter's home.
"Yeah. Bye." Winter nodded and turned towards the house. Whitney boucned towards her house.

"Hey! Hey you!"
He blinked, coming out of his reverie and looking towards the source of the voice. It was a young trainer, probably about 15.
"What is it?" He responded.
"You wanna battle?"
He smiled, remembering back when that was him.
"Sure, how about just a one on one."
"Great...cause I've kinda been having trouble catching more Pokemon anyway." The boy laughed nervously.
"Cor, go."
Cor chirped happily and jumped a few feet in front of his trainer.
The boy took out a pokeball and threw it up into the air.
"Go! Wurmple!"
The red light formed into the little red bug pokemon, the two staring each other down.

"Vor, you really wanna head back?" Winter whispered to the Espeon after Whitney disappeared. Vortex let out a slow snort and leapt up onto Winter's shoulder.
"Yeah, I just kinda wanted to get some time away. Lets head to the Orchard. We'll find you something tastey to eat, eh boy?" She passed the house and out towards the orchards. They were deep in the apple orchards when an Insecteon buzzed furiously at them, fluttering it's wings.
"Vortex, you ready? Haven't fought anything in a while." The unique Espeon landed with unreal softness on the moist soil.
The Insecteon lunged forward, but Vortex jumped to the side, rolled and leapt up.
"Quick Attack Vortex!" Winter called. Vortex didn't hesitate to lung and smash his shoulder into the wild Insecteon's ribcage.
"Finish with Psychic!"

"Cor, use Attract!"
Cor sniffed the air for a moment, determining something with a smirk. He looked at the Wurmple at smirked at it charmingly, giving her a sly wink as the heart on his forehead glowed bright pink and shot forward.
As soon as the Wurmple was hit by it its eyes flickered a bit, showing the success of the attack.
"Tackle, Wurmple!"
The little boy called but his Pokemon could do nothing but swoon over Cor, so he and his trainer took further advantage of the fact.
"Cor, Charm!"
This time Cor turned his head away, swishing it back to look at his opponent as a large amount of hearts flew over to her and popped all over her body. As the last one faded a slight drain of color could be seen along the bug pokemon.
"Poison Sting!"
Again, the Wurmple did nothing but make googly eyes at the pokemale that'd caught her eye.
"Covet Cor!"
Faded hearts appeared around Cor as he dashed towards his target, slamming into her and knocking her back. Just before she'd blown away he'd managed to snag away an item she was holding with his teeth. He'd look and see what it was later.
"Let's try Poison Sting again!"
She still couldn't attack him, despite the fact that he'd attacked her. To her it was just a tackle of affection.
"Another Covet Cor!"
He slammed into her again, this time knocking her faint. Her eyes spun as she lay dazed on the ground. Of course, he wasn't one to leave an admirer like this. He leapt over to her and kissed her on the cheek before returning to his Trainer's side as a blush spread under her eyes.
"Ahh...I'm such a ladykiller."
Her trainer might've been a bit upset at their loss as he ran off with his defeated bug pokemon, but she sure wasn't.
He laughed at his terrible joke as his trainer took his stolen item and looked it over.
"Huh. A Fire Stone. I wonder why she was holding this. Maybe for safe keeping?"
Tossing the gemstone up and down, he recalled when he'd first used one on his last Eevee.

Winter and Vortex wandered slowly back to her home. She heard the commotion of another battle and snuck towards the noise. If nothing else, her life had taught her that investigations should be done silently.
Vortex bristled and followed. A young girl was clutching a wurmple, her face bright red. There was a man standing nearby with a red Eevee.
He seemed harmless enough.
"Hello?" Winter called, hoping to catch his attention.
