Jasper's real last name is Whitlock. I don't remember Rosalie's real last name. But to the humans, they're brother and sister. Just like Edward, Alice, and Emmett are siblings to the humans. I explained that badly, but I hope I got the point across.

Actually, Hale is Rosalie's maiden name, and Jasper took the name to portray as Rosalie's twin. Because their both blonde.

omg that is so easy!!!! since jasper's lastname was Withlock, and Hale was Rosalie lastname, and jasper and rose have the same colore hair so they pose as twins
