Biography: Duet grew up as a lady of the scarlet Moon Empire. However she was not spoiled like some. After all she had her twin and her little sister to look after.When she was 15 her family went on a boat trip. During the trip a horrendous storm overtook the boat and lightning hit it causing the boat to burn in the rain. Her father grabbed her and threw her overboard before heading below deck to get the rest of her family. However the fire spread and blocked the only exit to the deck from below and slowly burned the ship. As it sunk into the water and as Duet watched, she knew she would never see her family again. They had been trapped inside the burning sinking ship and so she did not see a way they could have escaped that fate. When she was rescued she inherited her families fortune and she spent it to get herself trained as a fighter. She did not want to feel helpless again the way she had that night. Gregminster, the city she had been living in during this time started calling her The Phoenix due to the fact that she was the only survivor of her family. and like a phoenix, she rose from the ashes of her families deaths and became a stunning young woman, determined to overcome her sadness and grief to become a true lady. It was also around that time she got the True Fire Rune. It had been a gift from a young man. She didn't catch his name, just that he wanted her to use it well. When she was 23 a group of travelers came through her town and she over heard them talking about a striking blond haired, young woman going by the name Trinity. At first she ignored this as she was certain there was no way any of her family could have gotten out of the sinking ship that night. But curiosity got the better of her and she asked them about this girl. They informed her that the young woman was currently living in the country of Zexen and she worked at a local inn serving customers and that she could not remember anything besides her name. the more and more Duet heard about this girl the more and more the girl reminded her of her long dead little sister. She finally decided to go meet the girl herself and set off for Zexen.
