Rai appeared from the Kitchen he looks at the wall "I think its time to teach these students how to duel." He smiled grimly, with a quick wave of his wand a long dueling table appeared. "This year, is going to be different" A couple of banners with a Purple Dragon hung itself and then right above the headmasters owl empodium shone a Great Pheonix banner.Rai then looked at the audiance as another feast was among them. "This year there will be a dueling, I would like a few people whether be teacher or student take on my challange." Rai said calmly

Lyra bit her lip. The challenge to duel was tempting, but why was the Headmaster himself participating? It didn't make much sense. Unless, of course, we was trying to assess the students' skills personally. Lyra instinctively jabbed her hand in the air. I wanna duel this time. No backing out.

Marie walked into the Kitchen and raised her eyebrow at the wall.It quickly opened up to the dueling arena."Ill fight you,Rai."Sh said to a chorus of gasps."I've got 2 years of pent up emotions about you,and i need to let them out."She walked right up to him."So,what do you say?"She whispered.

"Ahh very nice, we have a good selection this year. Marie, I think I shall duel with you first. I am far too old to keep bottled up anger or hatred. This way you can learn to be calm and patient." Rai said as he jumped to the table and landed with both feet firm. He bowed and waited.

Spike walked into the room, and walked up to Lyra. He was still angry from earlier. ((See lesson one in DADA)) Spike put a hand on her shoulder and wispered, "Hey. What's up?" in her ear.

"Your sister's gone to get revenge on the headmaster, apparently." Lyra whispered, rolling her eyes. "I mean, your sister's pretty good and all, but Rai's the headmaster. I'll bet he can kick some serious a--" She stopped. "Look," she said quietly.

Spike smiled. He stared at Marie and Rai, and laughed. It almost reminded him of his fight earlier.

Lyra glanced at Spike and saw that he had a glazed-over look on his face. "Spike? Spike!" She snapped her fingers in front of his face. "C'mon, let's watch the duel."

"That is where you are wrong" Rai chuckled "I may look Nineteenish but infact I am over two-hundred years old" He waited patiently but began to get angry but dismissed the feeling.
