Performance review? You know... ask around about what someone thinks of a certain crew member, and review this with said crew member. I think this would help in areas of social OoC interactions, general roleplay ability, and how well they do their job.
This information can either help or hurt you, and it will help solve problems between a certain two, three, etc. members, along with overall improving our crew.
Just putting that out there.
