Every now and then, when I know I haven't done anything in a while and I want to change that but am feeling unmotivated to do something dramatic, I make myself do a little stretching/yoga, or some toe raises or something, just to get my blood moving and keep me from stagnating completely.
What's a little thing you do, just to boost yourself a bit?

I have a stepper that I use from time to time. The kind where you push your feet down and it gives resistance. I use that while folding laundry or watching tv.

I cut out soda in my diet and I lost 6 lbs in 3 days. They aren't kidding when they say that stuff is bad for you. oh, and drinking water regularly instead helps you not get hungry often and flushes out your body ^.^

Very true. Soda also eats away the enamel of your teeth, so it's best to only have it on special occasions. I only drink it when I'm out at a restaurant, or when I have a sick stomach I'll drink ginger ale.
I try to at least do a body test everyday on my wii, too. Only in the morning though, before I've eaten anything. XD

O_0** That was impressive.

No kidding, it's amazing what a difference it makes to cut out some unnecessary treats! I cut ice cream out and lost 5 pounds XD I do allow myself a couple of spoon fulls ever three weeks or so though. But switched over to sorbet and goat milk ice cream. I even forced myself to give up Skinny Cow brand ice cream treats! *makes grabby hands and cries* gonk
It'll be worth it once I get down to my ideal weight though. That's the weight my wii wants me to be, btw. Nothing vain smile

I go outside and start kicking my soccer ball around, picking up speed each time I kick it.

Going to the local gym is a big boost for me. Sometimes it's difficult for me to however, because I'm very introverted and am overly self-conscious. I don't really enjoy being surrounded by other people. The particular gym I go to is also on a military base, so typically I am always working out with GIs and army wives that are trying to tone their bodies. I never know any one who is there and I have absolutely no friends willing to go to the gym with me. But once I finally make it there, I have no apprehensions about being their and work my way through most of the machines and do regularly thirty minutes on either the bikes there or the gazelles.

Lately I've started doing some simple yoga and strength exercises when I'm waiting for things. Like reheating something in the microwave, I'll do single leg stands while I wait for the ding. Or I'll attempt to do some push ups during tv commercials.
