The CC will be 'opaque' until there is an option to let everyone read a subforum but only Mods have he right to post.

Until then, you can freely ask if we have talked about a given subject, and I, or another mod, will copypasta the discussion.

As it is, there is ******** all discussion going on in the CC, and most of it is informal discussion through other venues. Luckilly skype remembers tonnes of discussion, so we can recall that info and probably post it in a post for keeping such informal discussion.
