During the awakening of Cloud's demon and an episode fight after, the demon's all powerful attack was launched out here, and left this crator. It is said to be the size of a small village, and water is constantly falling into the hole, over the ice that surrounds the hole. Tose trapped in the currents may find certain death...

Hirose arrived at the crator and hovered around it on a ball or rotating air. The dangerous spot certainly looked like a suitable place to hide the Mizukage. Hirose formed a Kai handseal but nothing happened, meaning there was no genjutsu hiding anything in the area. Still, this crator needed to be explored thoroughly, and so Hirose dived into the hole. He used wind to break through the currents and search but still came up with nothing. Eventually the currents grabbed him and he soon vanished in a puff of smoke, revealing himself to be a clone.
