Here is a way we can excersize our EMPATHY.
1. Think of a person/figure/group that you strongly disagree with.
2. Now jot down or just think of reasons why they are the way they are. (this may require research for some)
3. Try to 'become' that person/figure/group.
4. Now the hard part: Think of yourself in a third person perspective on looking both you and your subjects reasoning.
Remember that this excersize is to try to understand and observe.
Tip: A historical figure would be one that you would have to do research, and personal acquantances would require social-mingling.
Note: Some people just can't be understood because they act without logic and perpose... to differentiate between these people and those who act in extremities is a difficult task. If someone has no base, simply ignore them, for they are blind and have no way of being enlightened or studied.
