Nobody has bought anything, yet.
Give it time and when more people show up, the shops'll be active.

Wait... Blue's a member? Okay so this came about from Hakim's thread? O.e
I honestly get a lot of random Guild Invites, so who am I to care what they expect, when they invited me. I don't remember a big activity request when I joined. But I've only been here five minutes so I'll grumble more later.
