This large bar hosts a never ending Rave Party! Dozens of multi-colored lightning bolts streak across the ceiling amongst thundering gray clouds. Occasionally these will actually rain liquor down on the audience, though it is just a genjutsu and the effects of it wear off a few minutes after it's finished. Thundering techno music booms from endless speakers and a dj constantly keeps the audience dancing! Complete with strobe lights and disco balls everybody is welcome to come here to relax and have fun! You have to be at least 18 to enter, but if you have a fake i.d. who will know? wink
