in the quest project impurity
before seeing the lyons pride and elder lyons in the citadel lab
you can see the the jefferson memorial is blocked off by a sheild
in the front one of the posts is by a bunch of rocks you can jump on them and slip in.
the enclave outside will be friendly, and you can talk to them. but the enclave inside are hostile and in the rotunda, colenal autum will still be standing inside the radiation chamber
but yeah, just a glitch i found last night.
