The front supplies a grand door with the Sqaud 1 sign on thr front.
Guards are supplied on each side for any one who is not a Captain comes during a Meeting unauthorized to not enter. Upon entering the room it shows yellow polished, hard, wooden floor boards, red walls, and the windows are large sqaures with red bars running across them. Scrolls are placed in the spots were each Captain stands . A hook is supplied where they place there sign in boards. A large chair is supplied for the Commander to sit. Behind her is a long scroll that is wall length, long because of the high cielings, which holds old writtings of elders. Lamps are supplied for low light to be lit during meetings.

~TIME SKIP!!!!~
Rena stepped down the steps lightly in no hurry. Snow was falling around the main hall of Sqaud 1 Barracks. She gazed at the blankets of snow around her and sighed. "How I dislike the snow, it so cold and lonely." she whispered to herself.
Rena had her haori strewn over her shoulders, supplying warmth to her body. She had reached the main door of the Meeting Room. Two Shinigami stood bold and ufased by the low temperatures. "Gentlemen," Rena greeted politely. They bowed and opened the doors for her as she procceeded into the grand room. Rena reached her chair at the head of the room and sat down, crossing her legs and opened her hand infront of her. A purple aura formed and a Hellbutterfly appeared in he hand. "Tell all Captains a Meeting is in order please." she said to it. It fluttered out of a window over the snow to the Barracks. "Now I await thier arrival." she said softly.

-sei calmly walked to the meeting room as snow fell softly. everyone had been busy doing menial tasks that he hadn't really talked to anyone since the Castle XIII incident. " I love the snow, it's so peaceful and calm. a feeling that never really lasts around here" He was wearing a dark blue hoodie, jeans, and black tennis shoes with earmuffs replacing his usual goggles. he saw two guards that were steadfast in the cold. they bowed to sei and opened the door- thanks fellas. -sei gave them a quick peace sign and walked through the door. he went into a breakroom area and whipped up two cups of hot cocoa. he then walked into the meeting room and sat down on the chair closest to renas. he handed her the mug- thought you could use a little warming up. -Sei smiled and took a sip of his cocoa as he waited for the rest of the shinigami to arrive- so while we're waiting for everyone else to get here, how've you been Miss Rena?

Rena Cross  Rena smiled at Sei. "I've been fine Captain Sei. But cold due to this outfit." she said running her hand over the loose, fallen kimono sleeve. It revealed a odly cut Shinigami kurosode cut low at the breast leaving no top just a tube top revealing her stomach and chest. "I really need to wear clothes." she said with a chuckle. Rena motioned her hand by a near by fire place and a fire emerged from her reaitsu.

Hildenashi Nokoko
Hildenashi could be heard a few steps away from the Meeting Quarters complaining about some snow being thrown at her. "Damn kids, boy I will..." she uttered off to an end. She appeared infront of the doors, holding her French pipe in her fingures. "Hellow boys." she said seductivaly. She walked pass them into the meeing room and spotted two other Captains. "Captain-General, Captain Sei." she said walking behind Sei and patting his shoulder. "Still not tall it seems ah little Sei." she said to him making her way to her spot.

Rena nooded to Hildenashi. "Oh, congrats on that new serum. Does it really make the hormones in a male irraticate?" Rena asked her.
"Why yes it does. It's quite interesting actually..." she said as they began to go into higher levels of physics.

Osumara's clogs could be heard clicking against the tiles in an even beat. He made his way through the doors, and stood in the doorway for a few seconds. "Am I'm early?" He let out a small sneeze, and rubbed his nose which was a light red color . His presence wasn't one of a captain should take, his Hair was covered with a layer of snow. He slowly made his way towards the right side, and stood slouched in his spot, and yawned. "What is this Meeting about anyway?"

Rena looked at Osumara. "Oh, good morning Captain Osumara. I have called a meeting to confirm the trial of betrayl of Primera Espada Oziel Estrusia. He holds a gret threat against us. So I am delivering the message to all captains in this meeting and we have a new Captain. She seems to be highly qualified for the spot." she ended softly.

Hidlenashi looked at the Captain-General. "Wait, what Sqaud is she taking?" she asked her. She puffed in her pipe and blew a circular shaped smoke cloud. She poised her self in her chair.

"She will be taking Sqaud 5 I believe. She id fabulous at kido." she said to Hildenashi. "But, there is a open spot for the Kido Corps, but I'm thinking of bonding the two together, since Sqaud 5 specialises in Kido mastery." she said to them.

it'd probably help against the cold. but you may be able to distract some enemies with it -Sei chuckled a bit then the room got awkwardly silent. a few moments later Hildenashi walked into the meeting room. she strolled up to Sei and stood behind him as she patted his shoulder. "Still not tall it seems ah little Sei." she said before taking her seat. sei wanted to say something snarky but she started talking about a serum that could wipe out all testosterone in a man so he decided against it "she's lucky she's pretty. and mental note, NEVER volunteer for her experiments EEEEEVVVVVEERRRRR!!!!!" he thought to himself as he took another sip of his cocoa. -
-Osumara then walked in and took his seat. it seemed no one else was coming so Rena commenced with the meeting. Rena talked about how Oziel, a former ally, had now betrayed soul society. in the midst of the bad news she also mentioned a new captain. she was to be captain of squad 5.- wow that's cool. a kido expert eh? wellll i may have just found myself a new teacher rena. so when do we get to meet her?

Rena Cross Hidlenasahi crossed her arm under her breast and propted the other on her arm supporting her pipe. "Well Captain-Commander, as you know I installed the chip inside the leading officer to track their progress on the Espada. So far they have spotted him and have him surrounded secretly. But, I did install a explosive chip in each of them, incase of it in necessary to defeat the Espada and aprehend him." she said in her voice of a hint of sarcasim, as did all scientists.

Rena looked over at Hidlenashi. "Really? Explosive chips? Sounds dangerous, but vital to victory. Oziel Estruias os declared a traitor who must be apprehended as soon as possible." she said to them. "I will realise this information to the other Captains soon, but about the new Captain....she is highly qualified Captains. She will hold some strength to our forces. She will arrive in about 2 days and introduce to her Sqaud." she said crossing her legs.

Chiyo walked into the meeting room, moving her feet slowly and silently. A tired expression was etched on her face, as she could feel that no good news await the captains gathered here. Her hopes of peace that she had been clinging onto started to vane slowly as the Soul Society just kept entagling itself into new wars one after another. Once, she dreamed about establishing peace which nothing would ever interrupt; slowly, she realised that peace was just another utopia. The enemies trying to destroy order, laws and quests of the shinigami will always appear, and her duty was to await them with blade in hand.
With a speechless nod to the ones already gathered in the meeting room, and with a light bow towards the captain-commander, Chiyo took her place before the long scroll placed on the wall with the 6th Squad insignia. She checked her zanpakuto on her back, as if concerned that it would slide out of its place, and smoothed out the folds on her haori. No word could be heard from her; first, she only listened.

*Kyo was frustrated cause of having no time to finish his work.He was going to be back-up in paper work for days.But more importantly he knew this meeting had to deal with Oziel.*
"Damn it why am I still here......if this whole thing is about that runnaway espada then I don't want any part in this.....he made his choice so what....are you threaten that he might do something to all of us?!"

Rena Cross  Rena turned her head to the Sqaud 11 Captain. "Hold your tounge. Oziel is a powerful opponet and might cause danger to use by gathering others of his kind. They are still in Hueco Mundo. Your personal feeling have nothing to do with this Captain Valenine." she said seriously to him.
Rena noticed the entering of Chiyo and nooded to her. "For that reason, I have sent Sqaud 12 Captain, Hidlenashia Nokoko to investigate and apprehend him." she said seriously to them. She snapped her fingures and the lights in the Meeting Room went out and in the middle of them all glowed a cumputer generated hollogram. It showed Euthoria which where Hidlenashia was battleing Oziel. "This Euthoria as we all know, a world inhabitated by hollows and Espada. Oziel hhas homed here from where I know, so I sent Captain Nokoko to investigate and apprehend him. If you look," she said pressing a button on her chair, which zoomed into a clear view of Oziel and Hidlenashia battleing. "She is battleing him." she said.

*Kyo was furious but he forgot one thing thought and that was Shiraiyuki.He got out of his seat and headed for the door,but stop.*
"You might have gotten your plan thought out about Oziel..... but you forgot one thing though Cross......you forgot about the other espada,Shiraiyuki Kuran.And you know damn well that she still has feelings for Oziel....even thought he left.So she'll do everything in her power to make sure he doesn't get hurt or ends up dead.....and you just let her run free without consideration of that.She doesn't consider you as much as an ally.Only two people she see that in is in me and him.Big mistake letting her run free with any guards on her......and very sloppy work,Cross."
*He slammed the door and went to go find Shiraiyuki.*
