Wow that's kind of the reverse for me, I actually found Midna to be quite annoying, whereas I didnt mind Navi much. Favourite character has got to be Link though without a doubt.

Seriously though I think she has some amazing magical powers...its just too bad she doesn't get to use them much what with being kidnapped by Ganon all the time.
