My patron god would be Fenris (also called Fenrir and is from norse mythology) because he is a wolf god and I am very spiritually linked with wolves.(although yes, I know he was a distructive god.) And I'm not exactly sure on my patron goddess yet. It would probably be Brigit though. She is the celtic goddess of fire, and a worrior goddess. To me she represents feminine spirit and power.

Artemis is my patron Goddess, I feel connected to her through some of her duties, such as protector of wild life, given I'm an animal lover, I feel suited with her. Also my planet is the Moon, Artemis represents the Moon as well, again, another suited connection for me.
I'm not entirely sure about my patron God, but it would most likely be Neptune or Poseidon, God's of the Sea, the Sea in which I'm connected with, feel "one" with, so to speak, especially given I'm a Pisces .

well, lately what I have been doing is praying I dont know if pagans aren't supposed to do that, but since I have been christian for most of my life im used to praying. Is this a bad or good thing? I pray for the right god/dess to come to me.
and do all wiccans believe in the same god? like, traditional wiccans. I've met eclectic ones who believe in different deities.

I am a Dianic Wiccan, a class specifically for lesbians. This means my goddess is the Greek huntress Artemis (roman name Diana), the eternal virgin goddess of the moon and the hunt.
I do not worship a god.
It’s not that I found her; it’s that I’m drawn to her. I find myself praying, I often envision myself talking to her. We share much in common, a love for animals and respect for nature, as well as other things. It just feels right to me.

I would imagine not all worshippers of Diana/Artemis are lesbians, but I've read a few books that say the Dianic Wiccans are strictly lesbians.
The male equivalents are called 'radical Fairies' I believe, and their worship often surrounds Pan or Dionysus.
They were made because sometimes there are Wiccans who use the idea of a dual god/goddess to support their own homophobic opinions. From my personal experience, I have learned that they are just as, if not more so, unpleasant as the homophobic Christians and such that run around giving their faith a bad name.

I have never heard of a homophobic witch before. arnt wiccans/witches supposed to be....openminded and accepting? that seems very wrong to me, that ppl would use the idea of god/goddess like that. anyway, i havnot foud a 'patron' goddess yet, but tend to focus on Bastet and Sekhmet alot. i dont really focus on a god very much....i suppose this is because i have been too abused while i was christian/by christians. even before i was wiccan, when i was still christian, people thought i 'worshipped the devil'.... i dont even believe there is one....

My patrons have always been a little odd. I am an eclectic-celtic pagan( namely because I enjoy the old scottish ways of religion. ) But my patrons are of the greek pantheon. I have alway been attracted to them since I was young. One of them is actually my Mothers patron as well. My goddess is Hecate, the goddess of the three forked crossroads, the moon cycle and a protector of the witches. While my God is Pan, companion of the nymphs, god of shepherds and flocks, of mountain wilds, hunting and rustic music.
Then again being an eclectic deams it natural I would be attracted to many things that I weave into my own.
