Douji has something to tell you I don't even remember honestly. I don't think I knew anything about it until like everyone started to talk about it. I never understood till later years and I remember it each and every time when the day comes. Respect what she has told you.

I'm a bit older than most, and I remember that day very clearly.
I was in middle school at the time, in my 1st period class which was Art. We were drawing ourselves, a reflective image drawing. Someone came bolting in to the classroom to tell us about the attacks. How there was an airplane in the Twins Tower. Honestly, I knew of the Towers but I didnt know what they were for, or how many people worked there.
Our art teacher didn't have a television in her room at the time and she sat down and told all of us that we would remember that day just as she remembers the day she was in school and JFK was shot. I later went to my Math class where we watched the catastrophe on television. We watched as the second plane crashed into the building. Our teacher made us all turn our desks around and watch. We had to write a paragraph paper about what we saw and how it made us feel.
Later that night I went home from school and freaked out. I was young, and had been watching all the news (which as we know is bullshit). I called my mom and dad because I was scared, and they told me to just chill out. Later that night we watched President Bush talk on the television about how it was an insult to our nation and we would build ourselves back up from it just as we would anything else, but the people who did it would be held responsible.
It was a really scary day.
I send out my prayers to everyone involved in this day 8 years ago.

★★ Toxic Says.. ★★ I remember being at one of my friends house and his mom was FREAKING out because one of her brother was in the building. Me and my friend were only around 6-7 years old. We watched as the planes hit the buildings... It was really sad. D:
