nyahaha... So, I've done next to nothing that was deliberately a workout, lately. I get myself into a few yoga poses, or I make it through the T'ai Chi form, but it's been colder, or I'm too hungry not to eat and working out immediately after eating is unpleasant, or I don't wanna do it...

I KNOW I will feel good if I just shut up and start doing something, but god. There are some days where just getting myself to do a few reps with ten pound weights is more effort than I'm willing to expend.

On the bright side, I've been babysitting and helping to do inventory at a friend's shop. Keeping up with small children (particularly the one-year-old) Is definitely a workout on its own. gonk

I know that feeling all too well! XD
If you feel even the slightest desire to run up and down a staircase a few times though, go for it.
Because if you try to rationalize or plan a formal exercise time when you're in that state of mind, it won't happen otherwise.

Keep at it! biggrin

So I felt all proud of myself for getting some exercise on Saturday, but then I spent the next several days having issues standing up straight because I strained something in my calves. It was a long-lasting burn. Owwww. Didn't work out much as a result.

Walked a lot yesterday -- to and from work, and then on an errand in the middle -- which was probably not a huge distance, but was a lot more than I'd done this week. I'm calling it acceptable.

It's all overcast today, which is great because we need rain, but my desire to move around becomes almost nonexistent when the weather's like this. I just wanna stay in and be comfy.

I had to skip the past couple days because I got such a bad sore throat, headache, and general tired feeling.
A body test on my wii was the best I could manage...

There are tons of things you can do indoors. My favorite is doing push-ups during TV commerials.

Ooof... I have been coughing for over a week, so the idea of sit-ups makes my stomach muscles very displeased. For a moment, I thought, "Ooh, that'd be a good idea!" Then my body caught up to my thought process and was not amused.

Maybe in another day or so, when my muscles are less full of hate.
