This early in the game no, at this point AX is probably in or starting negotiations with the guests of honors and Bands. But until both AX and the group in question agree to release the info they can't. You will probably start to hear about this info in Early to Late February. They announce all of their GoH info on twitter so you can just add them for that type of info. P.S. By the way even if I find out that info I can't discuss it until the press release

The GoH's are different every year but rarely you will end up with a repeat from within the past 3 years otherwise they are: a) completely new or b) a returner from more than three years ago
For music I do not believe they have ever had a repeat except for when they did AX New York.
The ones that normally repeat are the Industry Guests, They are the ones for companies rather than voice Actors, Directors, Groups ex. Crunchyroll's VP was there the past three years

this is going to be my 3rd year going to anime expo and i cant wait im going to go all 4 days so look out for me !!!
im going to be dressed up as gir from invader zim and belle from disney's beauty and the beast....
what are you sugestions on making a big costume dress like belle's gold ball gown

i'll have to go for all four days to make up for my absence this year >_>
as for cosplay..eh, havn't decided...but if i had to pick something simple, i'd do kyoya from ouran hs host club x3
for some reason i'm always the guy that ends up buying tix at the door ~_~...what i can i say, i love wasting my time in lines...
