The Snow country is basically just an island nation, far from neighboring lands. Much like the Mist, the Snow country is completely sea-locked, and must require a boat or other sort of transportation. The Snow village itself is in the center of the island, and is surrounded by outskirt smaller villages and towns. Like some areas, this area only has one season, winter. It only changes only if the weather is purposely manipulated. Surrounding mountains, harsh weather, and other obstructures act as natural defenses for the villages.
