Menolly is happy-go-lucky, her optimism shows through in her smile and the shine of her eyes. Her long hair trails to the middle of her shoulder blades in soft hues of Blonde with an undertone of light brown. Her Carmel Brown eyes are always surrounded by thick black mascara, and her crimson lips nature tones extenuated by simple lip gloss. Standing at a mere five foot one, and as thin as a stick, her frame is always covered in tight jeans and tank tops, or tight graphic tees. Her wrists, fingers and neck always decorated in different. Menolly normally wears boarding shoes, but from time to time she will travel in her black flip flops (especially when there is a beach involved). Menolly prefers to wear things that reflect her out look on life, which tends to be something on the lines of loud and far to happy for the human norms.

Menolly is Optimistic to dangerous levels, looking to find everyone’s light, even if it doesn’t exist. Slowly she will come to terms with the fact that not everyone has a light in their heart, and that people with be ruthless and at one point betray everything they love. She tends to be calm, cool and collected under pressure knowing that she, and her team did the best they could be. Persistence and a will thicker then steel, She will never give up and will find a way to win. Other then that She is your typical teenage girl, she likes music, which she tends to listen to all the time. Shopping, which she can’t wait for the big cities for. Pokemon, and boys finish the list, which she hopes to find both as she journeys to become the master of Pokemon

Life came easy to Menolly, and at first becoming a Pokemon Trainer was something that was not in her future. Her father was a trainer, and her mother was a reporter. Watching her father face the Elite Four when she was 12, it was the final round and both her father and the old champion had one pokemon left. Her father had his loyal Gallade and the Champion was left with Heracross. The battle was fierce, neither side willing to give, and then out of the blue her father called his Gallade back, and left the champions arena.
The two years that followed her father was laughed at and her family was disgraced, but her father laughed it off, and when Menolly finally had enough she confronted her father. Smiling her father popped in the video of the battle, and stopped the frame to show a close up of Gallade, and as they watched Menolly came to realize that her father was a great trainer, and at that moment pledged to become the best Pokemon trainer like her father. And that’s when she choose to start with the same Pokemon her father did, Ralts.
