Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique

Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

((I know really confusing and awkward sue me it five am))
(I'm also to tired to do the rest of the nesscary counting and editing for a post cause of the time)
Kido sat in the small patch of that made what little land that he had comfortable. He had been thinking for some time now, his past still haunting him filling him with remorse. “There was nothing I could do.” He said out loud to his surroundings the mist that shrouded it preventing any echo. Really, He heard himself ask, couldn’t you have knocked him out? The idea had crossed him mind already “I could have but then..” his thoughts cut him off But What? That they would ridicule you for not killing your opponent? the disembody voice laughed at the statement. “No!” Kido yelled rising up the faint sounds of ‘oh’ echoing through the impenetrable fog. Oh, He thought, What are you going to make me do shut up? his thoughts started attacking him How are you going to do that? Kill me? The voice picked at Kido’s attempt at rejection.

For a minute it was silent Kido closed his eyes. His own thoughts picking at his every flaw. He opened his eyes and he was in a room the smell of blood lingered in the air. He looked down to see a young boy now older that fifteen lying in a puddle of black liquid. He looked at his hand and saw that blooded end of a Kunai. There were something things that he didn’t want to relive, but this was something that he dreaded ever doing, a memory that he wished to erase. He ran the blade of the kunai across the back of the child. Nothing, no scratch, no solitary whimper of pain. He was in a genjutsu reliving his most tragic incident. He began to pace the back and forward thinking of what to do to get out of this situation. He had never been in a genjutsu though he did know a few. As a basic his mind went to lose of conscience to remove one self for a genjutsu, but this idea was unnerving to him. He would need to heighten his senses in order to escape but how?
(5%)
“That’s it” he said taking the kunai in his hand and positions it above the other. There was a class on genjustus at the academy that explained what they did to the mind. One of the way to remove one’s self from it was pain. Pain pumps adrenaline to the heart which pumps it to the rest of the body. This reaction heightens the sense in order for survival. He swung down stabbing thought his hand the pain flooded his sense. For a second he blacked out before the cool refreshing feel of the water slowly started to wash it away the pain. He slowly opened his eyes to see the fog shroud that blanketed the trees. He gave quick sigh of relief. Before thinking about what just happened?
(5%)
He sat up the water now freezing how had he gotten out in that? Why would anyone do that to him? He attempted to stand but his hands wouldn’t allow him. He would lay here for while till he could build the energy to go back to the mist. Just then a sheet of paper flew above him and with the greatest of ease and grabbed it with his bloody hand.

Dear Me,

I have put myself under a genjutsu for two reasons. One to experience what it would be like and to find out how to escape. No doubt that if you are reading this I am alive and both were successful. You may need to rest seeing as I used a genjustus On myself and then had to hold it. Be aware that this well not be the only time one of these are cast upon us.
Truly
Me

"Ninety-six..." He struggled he wasn't one for physical activities and mindless exercise, It was a necessity as he relaxed himself and readied another push. The sky, or what he could see of it was a cold and lifeless as the fog made his surroundings. " Ninety-seven..." He continued this nose scraped by the bark of the tree. There was a moment in time when I would have thought this was crazy he laughed continuing his set. "One hundred..." He finished looking standing up.

He had been in that position so long that he had forgotten where he was. As he was standing he was upside-down both feet planted on the thick tree branch. The water that surrounded, what he called, his training ground remained placid above him. I guess you could call this a test of focus in someways. As he had to maintain the regulation of chakra on his feet and hands in order to be able to do a push up on the tree, let alone upside-down.

Releasing the flow of chakra he began to fall catching himself before hitting the ground and twisting to make the the stress on his arms less direct. He now was on the ground dirt settling after his resent escapade. At this current moment he was attempting to hasten his ability to focus chakra. Allowing him to react faster in a few situations. He had a decent grasp on the how to focus chakra but that wasn't what he was practicing.

Each time you walk on something like a tree or water. The amount of chakra you put in to that part changes, he was attempting to the memorize this change in order to be able react to any situation quicker. He know water, being that that was necessary to graduate the academy, and had just started on trying to realize what his limitations with wood were.

He walked across the water subtle splashes from each of his footstep he made. The small island in the center was about six meters around and had a large patch of grass that acted as a chair in his time there. It was as soft as a cushion but also acted as a connection with earth. No, he was not in tone with earth, he simple like having this place of serenity away from, what some would call, society. Though he had nothing wrong with the mist it was the simple idea that these were war times and the tension constricted if it constricted those how were involved. He could only wounder how the Mizukage could do it. He sat down his hand resting in his lap, he would meditate on what he had done and what to do next.

In some case, Meditation was considered as a release, a way to relieve oneself from the the world around them. To it was a way to allow oneself to obtain enlightenment. It was neither for Kido. He sat down his features carved into him like stone. When he meditated was simply to think there was no hidden reason or objective behind it. He hadn't learned anything from his last session and was content with that. He wasn't sure where to go next except to attempt something new.

Kido stood the grass making its presence known as he stood by the sounds that it made. It was quite here, thats why he liked it, not much to interrupt him in his studies and practices. He wasn't sure how to attempt this but he had ideas of where to start. He stood up "Okay," He looked to his left and right before, "First let get a base going." He put his hand in front of himself , as he was from the Haku clan he could perform hand signs with one hand, "Kirigakure no Jutsu - Hidden Mist Technique" without warning the mist in the area became thicker. Kido could feel the mist weigh on him. He could feel the water droplets roll down his back. "Perfect" he said as the mist settled.

He was blind now. His training ground was white under the veil that he had just placed. Now he thought doing another hand sign. He was channeling now focusing on manifesting his element of wind. It wasn't as if it was had to use the element, but that wasn't what he was doing. The mist around his feet started to twist and turn. Slowly a refreshing breeze started to cool the water that rolling down his back. This is a start he thought to himself and it was.

It wasn't long before the mist that surrounded him was push back by the weak whirlwind that surrounded him. This was a start he thought as be noticed the white breaths he was taking. He released his focus the in dispersing pushing the mist away for Kido. Sadly this was only temporary as the mist had flooded back in to the area. The next step was to manifest water outside of himself.

He was focusing his efforts in his hand, an attempt to yield a sphere of water above it. This was the actual reason that he summon the mist around himself. He watched as the mist around him started to move into the small area above his hand. Condensing. Slowly the water molecules that were mist became started to form water in his hand. It wasn't long before it was finish the small orb of water above his hand rippled as he start at it.

His real hope for this was to successfully combine his elements. Water and wind. The two use together could be deadly but what if they were one? This was a question he found himself asking himself fairly regularly now. "Will just see won't we?" He asked himself as he attempted to add the element of wind to the water.

There was a sudden surge of cold air that hit him as the malleable surface of the sphere began to freeze over. Was it really this easy? He asked himself staring at the ball that was in his hands. The air twisted and spun the ball chilling it as it formed. "I've done it." He confidently said looking at it one last time before the ball began to crack. The water that had remained untouched by the air had broken the shell and began to flow out. The cold feeling that the water had on his hand broke what little concentration he had left causing the unfinished globe of ice to fell in his hand and then to the ground with a thud.

"Wh..wha..What just happened?" He asked himself in an attempt to muster an answer to the situation the just occurred. The elements weren't balanced, that was that only thing that he figured would explain the reason that what happened had happened. He sat back down on his patch of grass. and began to study what he had just done and the error that he had made.

His eyes were open as he examined the ice that had formed from his efforts. Though they were in vein it was still a gallant step in the direction of progress. It was strange he thought thinking about the process that had occurred. Ice was created but the whole orb wasn't finished. The elements weren't balanced he told himself continuing to examine this crystalline orb. It was cold to the touch being that it was ice and the smooth edges of where sharp enough to at least cause annoyance of pain.

Was it the way he applied the elements? Or could it have been the timing? How about how much focus he had put into the manipulation of the two elements? Had he not put enough? Was there to little? All these were questions that were going Kido's mind as his fingers began to melt the ice and water started to roll down his wrist. Although it sounded like it was a lot that was on his mind it wasn't nearly the most that had ever been thinking about a once.

In simple, It came down to three questions: Were the elements applied correctly? Was I focused on manipulating them? And What is the balance between them? He stood up casting his first attempt into the water and making a second attempt. This time was going to be different and a little bit dangerous in his mind but It was worth the chance. He paused for a second, his plan unraveled inside his head before his attempt at it.

Here was the idea that was coming to his mind as he ready himself mentally. He was going to combined the elements inside of himself before attempting to do them outside of himself again. The problem was that if he did this wrong and was over successful he would initially be freezing himself to death. So with this attempt he was simply trying to put the two chakra types together. Not materializing them simply adding them to one another to get a feeling of what it should properly feel like.

He relaxed himself, or at least attempted to, in order to prevent himself from harming anything to much as he 'froze' himself. He clenched his fist focusing his energy on himself. This really was an experimental idea with the primary elements not being visible. He needed to focus on what he know. Water, the body was made ninety percent of it, it was the country he was from and the primary element of ice. Wind on the other hand was, some would say the breath of the plant, a force to reckon with most importantly a cooling agent for water that has become mist.

For a moment there was a moment that he felt he even thought made him crazy. He was looking at himself his arms and legs apart the two elements attempting to fight each other in an attempt to become more dominate in this delicate equation that he was making inside of himself. There wasn't much he could do to balance it until his mind clicked back to before. "Kirigakure no Jutsu - Hidden Mist Technique" He said before fog rolled in form every direction.

It cold know he thought looking around he assumed that that the equation would work if the element of water had a little more leverage on its side. But he had no way to tell how to if it worked as he sneezed. "Why is it so cold all of a sudden?" he asked out loud in order to help his thinking. He thought back to the last failed attempt as the answer come out of his mouth. The air wasn't colder, he was, Have I done it? Kido asked himself flexing. Nothing seemed to be hurt but this was only a start to this process to these training.

It was a few moment before the he was breathing normal and a bit longer before he would risk any activity. He had a formula and a method. Both were going to help him get through this. Funny, He thought to himself as he laid on his back. He had no interest in fighting but becoming a medical ninja was nothing more than picking flowers in his option. So as a ninja all he could do is push himself in the way of violence. His chest was still cool to the touch as if he himself was a corpse.

"When I started the academy I never would have been thought to try and fuse elements," he said softly looking straight up following the moon as it left the opening above him, "Let allow trying it inside of myself." He had to admit that other than the sudden chill that he had gotten from this experiment here wasn't anything else that was painful about it. In fact the chill itself was more refreshing and soothing than anything. Cleansing he would go as far to say.

As the blood began to warm his limbs small stabs of pain started to hit him. He know was this was and was expecting it. His body wasn't conditioned to that kind of temperature change and most likely would never be. It was the muscles that were shrinking, realigning themselves with the each other. For a normal person this would be almost unbearable, but luckily Kido wasn't a normal person. Although he had no special healing abilities of any nature that would give him the edge over someone else. But naturally while he was resting his chakra was helping dull dumb some of the pain that he would have normally felt.

He could only think at the moment how other people would fuse there elements. What were some of the other outcomes and the advantages to using a different combination of elements? Is was confusing to him to think about all the possibilities that were out there. Another question what arose was if there was a chance to get another element. Was there some way that he would be able to just master an additional element? And if so Would he be able to combined it with the his already combined Water and Wind elements? There wasn't a point to think to hard about it as he slowly began to stand up each one of his muscles felt as though it had just finished cramping as he rose.

It was different to stand after what he had just went though he mental know that he was fine. It was the awkward positioning of his feet. Or was it the fact that he was staggering. Kido was getting ready for a second attempt at making the elements fuse outside of his body. Kido spread his feet firming planting them in the grass that was on the ground. There was a pause where he collected his thoughts, preparing to go in to this none stop. Again he used "Kirigakure no Jutsu - Hidden Mist Technique" as a primary base for his attempt.

The Hidden Mist Technique put water in the air this made collecting water faster for Kido over all. But the difficult part wasn't the water, No, it was the wind element that even though it was natural to him raged to be released from confinement. His focus was split into two places the orb of water that was began to expand and the wind element that was fighting it way out of him. With what control he had he began combining the two elements that circulated through his body. It wasn't a long process that the element of wind had began to surround the manifested water orb. There was a sudden aspect of Déjà vu as a drop of water fell upon Kido's hand, the chilled orb began to crack.

"No!" he yelled grabbing the orb without thinking swinging it before feeling thud that should not have been there. He hadn't let go of the orb but It didn't explain the disappearance of it. It was a force of instinct that for this time worked. Well, He thought looking at the crystalline blade that had formed from the water that was slung being instantly frozen by the frigid air that had surround it. It wasn't what he was expecting and Kido was sure that now that he know that the water could not have that much mass at the moment of it development. Thinking about it there was a lot more possibilities that he could do know that he had the basics out of the way.
