Hina Park is a large park in Kawasaki, a couple of hours away from the academy. The best way to get to the park is by train; it's the fastest way. The park is very big and a lake is on the edge of it. There is a path that runs around the lake, great for walking.

 Emiel walked into the park and looked around. A thought has occured to him while on the train ride here; he had no idea what Sakiko looked like. He looked around nervously and then pulled out his cell phone, observing the clock. "Its four, right when we said we'd meet." Emiel sighed as he looked over the park once more before deciding to dial Sakiko's number. "This is embarrassing..." he thought as he listened to his phone ring, and simultaneously heard a ring tone go off not far from him. He looked in the direction of the ring tone to see a young woman. Emiel pulled the phone just slightly away from his ear as he took a few steps towards the woman. "U-umm, are you Sakiko Chihara?" he asked her cautiously.

Sakiko had been walking through the park when she heard her phone ring. She'd been worried because she didn't know what this man looked like, however, she knew he was British, so that's what she was looking for. She grabbed her phone out of her purse, prepared to answer it, when she heard her name questioned by the voice on the phone the previous day. She looked up and saw a white shirt, and she tilted her head a little further up and she saw a face. Blond hair, and he's tall, she observed. He's definitely British! She gulped and slipped her now ceasing to ring phone back in her purse. "A-are you Emiel?" she asked, her voice strong, but seeming a little nervous.

Emiel nodded his head with a shy smile. "Y-yeah." looking at her, she looked almost exactly like Mizuku. She had the same hair and eyes, but was significantly shorter. He always felt like such a giant wherever he went, but what could he do? "Its a pleasure to meet you." he said as politely as he could manage. He was so nervous he wanted to scream! But he couldn't, wouldn't. He had to make a better than best first impression on this woman, so he took in a deep breath through his nose and kept smiling.

Sakiko laughed quietly. "Nice to meet you too," she said politely, holding out her hand. She took note of just how nervous he looked and sounded. She managed the most polite face she could. "So, a little birdie tells me you want to marry my Mizu-chan?" she asked, raising her eyebrows. She had a calm look on her face, accompanying the polite smile, but inside she felt very excited for her baby brother.

Emiel shook her hand lightly, her smile easing his nervousness just a little. "Thats right." he said, his smile becoming more and more natural. "I'm not sure what I can do to prove I'm good enough, but I'll do almost anything for your approval." he said, the look in his eyes was kind, but very serious. "I...love him alot, so whatever I can do..." he stopped himself there, what he was saying sounded way too cliched.

Sakiko laughed lightly again. "Come on," she said in her strong voice, but still ever so polite. "Let's walk." She looked at Emiel as she began to walk on the concrete path, lacing her fingers together behind her back. She was wearing a loose T-shirt, pale pink with the word "JUMP!" written on it in a darker pink, in Roman letters. She thought it would be appropriate for the occassion. She also wore a pair of light blue skinny jeans with black flip-flops, along with the black purse she carried on her shoulder. "So, Emiel, how long have you and Mizu-chan been together?" she asked inquiringly.

Emiel nodded and began walking with Sakiko, gripping his school bag that he'd brought with him. "We've been dating for about a month and a half." he answered, thinking back to the day they'd first confessed their love for eachother. "I had been sick for a long time before I met Mizuku, I was dyeing of luekemia. He was one of my only friends so I came back to the Academy to tell him I might not be coming back. He didn't like the idea of me dying, I guess..." Emiel explained with a tiny laugh. "...because that day he got tested and it turned out that he was a perfect match for a bone marrow doner for me. So we did the transplant and he saved my life. After that we started dating..." it was a long story, much longer than what he was telling, but it still made him happy to think back to those times when everything began. "I think he got concent from his father, so I don't know if you heard anything about this."

Sakiko's eyes widened at Emiel's story. "Wow, he saved you..." she mumbled quietly in amazement. But at mention of their father, she frowned. "No, I didn't know. I don't talk to our father much... I'm sort of out of the loop." She smiled again and laughed nervously. "So you're really in love with him...?" she asked softly, a more serious expression coming over her face and she stopped walking to look at Emiel. "Can I count on you to take care of him as well as I did? And you're not going to leave him?" She was worried... she didn't really expect to be having this conversation, ever. What she had planned was to be giggling and talking things over with one lucky young lady. Instead, here she stood, giving permission to a young man, asking to marry her brother. On that note, she almost laughed in the midst of seriousness. I really wonder who's on top! she thought, quite amused by the thought.

Emiel giggled at Sakiko's question. "I don't think I could leave him if I tried." he answered with a bright smile. "I plan on taking care of him until the day I die, I can't see my life any other way." he giggled at how sappy he sounded, and looked Sakiko in the eyes. "So, I'm asking you for your permission to marry him." he held his breath as he finished his sentence. He was so excited at this moment, and so completely amazed that he'd gotten here.

Sakiko smiled to herself at Emiel's words, and inside she just wanted to shriek and jump up and down like a little girl. She now smiled up at Emiel, letting herself giggle a little. "Yes, I give you my permission to marry Mizu-chan," she said. She blinked slowly and bit her lip. "How are you planning to propose?"

When Emiel heard that he now had permission, his face lit up and resisted his urdge to hug Sakiko. "Thank you, thank you, thank you!" he said, his smile overflowing with joy. When he was asked about his proposal, he shrugged his shoulders. "Well, since we'd have to fly out to Britain for the wedding, I was thinking I'd propose like British people do. You know, get down on one knee, pull out a ring, and ask 'em to marry you." he said, blushing a little as he thought about the moment he'd been rehearsing for a week now. He wasn't sure how the Japanese proposed, but it made sense to propose this way since they'd be getting married out of Japan.

Sakiko smiled. "Well, it's not much different here in Japan," she said politely. "Are you going to take him out to dinner, or...?" She was very curious, and she wanted to be there when he proposed. He wanted to see the look on her dear brother's face when he was proposed to... Wow, I never thought I'd be seeing that, she thought with a small laugh.
