I hope I can get an answer to this question quickly ^^; I need to re-watch a bit of a certain episode for the Hiei/Kurama fanfic that I'm writing, which I'm already very late in updating (though that's my own fault, I know xD) but I can't remember which one! Rather than re-watch endless episodes of YYH (awesome though the series is), I thought I might have some luck asking here. I'm looking for a scene where Hiei, Kurama and Gouki are in a forest, and Gouki wants Kurama to prove that he really is/was Youko Kurama, so Kurama destroys the surrounding trees with his Rose Whip to prove his power. Obviously it's set around the time of the Three Artefacts arc, but I've re-watched those three episodes and it's not in any of those. I'm not going mad, am I? xD;; I'm sure it exists, I can picture it in my head.
Also, yes I do plan to put the fanfic up in this guild, if people will read it :3 It's called 'Genres', and it's actually a series of Hiei/Kurama ficlets, each one of a different genre. I've done Genre 1, Fantasy, and now I'm doing Genre 2, Cyberpunk.

that part is actually near the end where they are at the dark tournament and he turns into Yoko... (i think it was a flash back but im not sure what episode) I hope this helps biggrin

I think that it was in like, episode 6 or somewhere around there. It's his first appearance in the series, so it is somewhere in the first few episodes. Or maybe i'm wrong.
I haven't seen the series in about a year, but I am currently reading the manga. YYH rules!

I thought it would be in there at first, but it's not. It's shown as a flashback, in episode 47 (a.k.a. season 2 episode 22) when Youko Kurama appears in the match against Ura Urashima during the Dark Tournament, and Hiei recalls how Kurama came to inhabit a human body and that he (Hiei) was the one who discovered him. Then the flashback with Gouki in the forest ensues.
