Hey everyone, I don't know if this guild is even still operational but here I go.
So there's this girl who I've been having feelings for for quite some time and just last night was the first time I actually was able to talk to her, one-on-one. She was opening up to me, surprisingly, and told me a lot of her personal problems turns out she's had a lot of horrible boyfriends and was raped by her uncle when she was nine years old. She also has this big brother/father complex that usually turns her to a bad direction with her male friend list. I want to date her, even with all her problems, but I'm not sure if that would be a good thing. I'm a year older then she is and she sees me more as a big brother than anything else.
Anyone got anything?
Also: Where did Just Tony go? He was my favorite.
I'm still around. I just don't guild lurk, or really do much on here. Quite a late reply on my part, but here goes...
I can relate. I tried dating a girl once with a similar problem. She asked even beforehand if it'd be okay if she called me Daddy. Well, needless to say, it didn't work out. She said her life was too hectic for a relationship, and after a one night stand I was abandoned pretty much and left going home alone along with the three hour car ride.
In a case like this, spare yourself the emotional pain and just be what she needs you to be. You wouldn't want to get involved in something along these lines and wind up getting yourself hurt nor complicating an obviously strong friendship. No sense in alienating her from your life with troubling consequences.
On the flip side, if you think you can handle it, go for it. Only live once, until proven otherwise, you reincarnating Pagans. Haha. But anyways, if you want the experience and really want to work for it, try it out.
