Appearance:
✖Tall, for your average Wisterian male anyway, though not incredibly so. Kelian has a tanner complexion than most of his nationality, though not so much as those living in Kes'sarria. He wears very lightweight clothing, mostly cloth, light leather, and thick boots. His boots, worn and dusty as they always are, have obvious signs of over use, and a small hole on the left boot heel is proof that the young man only barely dodged a bullet from a Wisterian Rifle, maybe not a common weapon but everyone knows better than to mess around with them aimed at you. His hair, though naturally a dirty blonde color, has faded and turned into a dusty brown color, though looks natural. If only "Nemo" would clean it more often, say, once a year, then it might look decent, and blonde, again. Also, he has a habit of wearing the clothing of the victims he kills, which tend to be innocent, unsuspecting merchants that are too poor to afford bodyguards or travel in packs. It gets him in trouble often times, though not as bad as when he waltzes into town, stark naked. Yes, our friend here has done that, and tends to at least once a week, simply because his clothing has too many holes to 'properly cover himself', as if to say going naked is much more acceptable.
One thing about this man that may seem different, when compared to his behavior that is, is that he always wears a small necklace, which is worth little to no money value, a gift from his father, and worthless as it may be, he loves it. So, even when he is naked, he manages to keep that small dirty trinket around his neck. Charming, right?
Weapon(s):
✖A Lightweight Crossbow built for easy carry, quick reload, and minor burden, though it lacks power.

Personality:
✖Kelian, or Nemo as he likes to call himself, and even insists on others calling him, is a very odd fellow. From the moment you meet him you'll probably notice he's a little strange, and it is quite true that he is crazy. Maybe it's only a little, but it is a constant effect, his insanity. It isn't so extreme that he is absurdly paranoid, though because of his intentions it might be justified if he was scared of his own shadow. His is a traitor, which in itself describes a good deal about his personality. A deserter, a man that cannot be trusted with anything, a man that cannot, it seems, keep his thoughts in his head. He does, literally, say everything out loud as if he could only hear it audibly like that. He's a compulsive liar, though his lies are weak and often obviously false, he is aggressive and violent, yet cowardly enough to avoid a fight, or flee from any disadvantage. In fact, he won't even hesitate to save his own skin, regardless if he loses honor or respect, as if he had either at any point. "Nemo" is an obvious, shameless, scumbag and pervert. He holds no regard for any authority, whether it is religious, personal morality, or governmental. Kelian may be sly, cunning, clever, smooth and slick as a possum shaved and covered in grease, if that makes them slippery, but he is not genuinely intelligent, however, he manages to get out of some pretty horrible situations, and in the end he always causes some trouble. He's deeds only seem to get more violent and dangerous as he grows older though.
History:
✖To understand Kelian's history correctly, you'd have to look all the way back to his father's father's father, and his father's father, and even his father himself. Kelian's great grandfather Kelian, whom he was named after, was a powerful man in his life. He was a royal Paladin, honorary guard to the King of Wisteria himself. Those were in times of peace, though various rebellions and riots had to be quelled, as well and raiding bandits to be destroyed, which is how Great Grandfather Kelian made himself a favored man in the King's eyes. He took every task without question, and he succeeded without hardly any loss. Any King would honor such a man. That Kelian, "Nemo"'s Great Grandfather, did that for years, killing in the name of the king without question, hesitation, or remorse. It appeared so anyway. The old Paladin wrote down in a journal on occasion, a thing that he would later pass down to his son, Kelian's Grandfather Klarion. The journal itself revealed that Kelian the Paladin was a very morbid man, he slept poorly for, as he described "Ghosts would visit my bedchamber if I ventured to close my eyes. No sleep would come for their moaning and wails of sorrow would fill my room and echo in my head for days to come. The children slain stare at me from their eye-less sockets, just watching he who was responsible for their sight, stolen, and their lives, ripped from them. I know not what I am doing, but know that I do it only for the son I will soon have, and the only child I shall ever pass this curse to."
Klarion, of course, was distraught when he read this, he would be about twenty by this time, a noble, a status secured by his Paladin Father. He pitied his father so terribly, and blamed the King for pressuring such heinous crimes on his father's hands. And he became active, openly preaching against the King's authority, rounding up crowds of men who were unsatisfied with the rulers of Wisteria, and even managed to spark a few insignificant rebellions. Ten years later Klarion, Kelian's Grandfather, was executed for treason. Hanged in public, and everyone cheered, just as they did when he spoke to them about the Royalty's Lies.
What happens next is strange, for Garroth, Kelian's father, was not technically Klarion's son, or even related to him in anyway. Garroth's mother, actual flesh and blood to Kelian, claimed to be the mother of Klarion's illegitimate son, whom was Garroth, and who believed every word of his insane mother. Garroth was ten at the time of his 'Father's death, and he saw the whole thing, watching in horror as the man he was raised to love was so horrible slain. This would, in a way, push Garroth to inherit the ideals of his 'father', or teh man he was told was his father. However, Garroth did not instantly preach to bring down the throne, he instead join the army under the Wisterian flag with the idea that he would raise in rank, become a man of power and honor, like his Grandfather Kelian the Paladin, which by the way, he was unaware he was haunted by spirits (remorse) in his dreams. Well, nothing ever really goes as planned, he received a pretty bad wound in a battle against Wisteria's greatest enemy, which actually jump-started this whole war. He had failed, but he managed to take one thing back with him, a small necklace, worthless really, but a sign that he had killed a man, or he claimed. Who knows, he might have picked it from a dead soldier before being stabbed. Garroth wasn't the most honorable of men.
And finally, Kelian is born to Garroth, the bum, drunk, ex-soldier, lumberjack and a tavern-whore. Garroth wasn't a bad father, he always told the best stories to Kelian about dragons and royalty, and the villainy of the King, whom had passed away and dropped his crown to the next in line by now. These fueled Kelian's adventurous spirit and Ideas, though bravery never really installed itself in the boy. As Kelian grew older, he began to show sign of insanity that his real Grandmother had, maybe a genetic thing. He shifted from the ideas of 'Bring down the Crown', to 'Bring down Mankind'. Kelian became a thief, a highwayman, a gambler (only when he actually had money), though the ideas of complete anarchy began to sprout in his head. Why not have fun and destroy the throne of Wisteria, and why stop there? Of course, it is very unlikely that this man alone could do such a thing, but maybe he could find others as crazy as he that would join his cause.
