This is where all squad members will sign up for missions.
All missions except for ones that affect the main plot are specifically meant for members of this squad
signing up for a mission:
When a mission is posted, those who have the required rank and skills may PM me a request to be signed up for the mission. The mission will then start after all required spots are filled or when the captain says otherwise.
Mission Requirements:
Some missions need certain requirements such as possessing a certain rank or completing a certain number of missions. Example:
Defeat a rogue Shinigami
Requirements: Seat 5 or higher, 3-5 missions completed, Shikai unlocked.
Story missions:
No doubt, there will be missions that affect the main story of the guild. These missions will be available to all, whom have the requirements set up by the captain.
Promotions:
Depending on the report of the mission and how well you do during said mission, you may be promoted. It is neither recommended, nor wise to believe you will be promoted just for doing well on one mission. It all depends on how well the current captain of the squad thinks you did.
Reports:
All missions will have a report written by someone if not by me and posted in this thread in order to let people see what happened in missions they did not take part in. If you wish to make the report your selves then PM me with the report.

Eradicate a Hollow Infestation:
Details- Hollows have taken refuge in a warehouse in Karakura shopping district. The district is populated by several souls. Eradicate the Hollow threat and send the lost souls to the soul society.
Requirements- none as of yet.
Shinigami signed up- none
Mission started?- not yet.
