 Vegeta grimaced as he walked beside the river. It had been a long time since he had been here. 'Hn, where is everyone? Perhaps they heard of my arrival and decided to flee in fear! Ha, the cowards...'
He looked at his reflection in the water and smirked, stretching out his wings and arching his neck - puffing out his chest. He enjoyed intimidating people, watching them cower in fear.
"Ha! Lets see if anyone takes me on now!" he said, looking around for someone to fight.
"Urgh, there must be someone in this part of the woods! COME ON OUT YOU COWARDS!"

 Eris was moving towards the river in silence when Vegeta's voice echoed through the forest. "Most cowards would flee," Eris replied making her presence known as she moved out of the woods behind him. "They wouldn't be cowards if they made themselves known,"
She paused for a bit eying him over. "Though I have to ask, what are you doing in my part of the forest stranger?"

Vegeta turned around for a moment, looking for the source of the voice. He scoffed and turned back to the river when he saw it was a woman, 'Heh, I guess things must be pretty sad here if a /woman/ has to make herself known...'
He smirked and inclined his head to her direction, "Your part of the woods? Do you mean to say that this is your land? HA! Show me where the true ruler is - unless he has fled in fear of me. Unsuprising really." He puffed out his chest proudly, "I guess I have that effect on others."

"Yes this is my land, and there is no male ruler. Just me," A sly smile came to her face. Her voice was calm and steady. "All who live here fear me and only me. Yet it seems it holds no affect over me. I bow to no male, they bow to me." her wings flicked a bit as she slowly began to make her way towards him. "Now tell me," her tone switched to have a bit of a seductive side to it, yet slightly demanding. "What business do you have in my forest?"

Vegeta turned to look at her properly, a scowl forming on his face. He hated women. Especially those who did not know their place. "They bow to /you/ eh? Must be a petty bunch of weaklings on your land then - allowing a woman to rule. Pathetic..."
He tensed up as she walked towards him. 'Whoever this woman is - she is nothing compared to me...' He noted the dagger that was attached to her leg, 'Although... she may be what she claims to be...'
He smirked as she asked him the question, "I am here to challenge all those who oppose me." He held his head high and spread his wings, "I am the most powerful warrior in these woods - and if anyone is prepared to challenge my title, then I shall happily show them why I claim it."

"Then I suppose I accept your pathetic little challenge," Eris replied and then she spoke in a sarcastic manner. "Oh most powerful warrior in my woods." A small smirk crossed her beak as she began to circle him.

Vegeta laughed, "You? /You/ are going to accept /my/ challenge? Ha! Well, I hate to be rude - but I doubt a pretty little thing like yourself will be able to last even one second!"
His eyes followed her as she circled him, 'She seems too confident in my presence... Hn, perhaps she's not bluffing. Oh well, it should be fun...' He smirked, "But, in saying that, I never refuse a challenge. So if your sure about this, then I accept."
He tensed his body and slightly crouched in a battle stance, prepared to fight.
