Technology For Missions:

Appearance alteration machines: let's discuss this further - I think that there would be a device that would sample your flesh, hair, etc, and would target those areas specifically for temporary pigment/color change.

Time machines: look like UFOs, can be many shapes, sizes, etc.

Weapons while in the past: should either be from the era that the time travelers are in or should be modern weaponry contained within time period-appropriate objects

Example: Heavy walking stick that has a gun (laser or bullet or other) inside of it that fires without leaving bullet shells? Discuss.

Technology = Generally automated, when it comes down to it. Technology would obviously play a large part in everything, I believe. Work, as a whole would be easier for the people and most of it would be done by computers.
Heavily monitored, though I believe that crime would be virtually kept under wraps.
Older parts/more worn-down parts would be less monitored, of course, because the police or government simply wouldn't care enough to protect those people.
I think Survival of the fittest would be very prominent. Let the weak die, let the strong live. Which would be another reason that computers would play large part. You have to be strong to compete, in a way.

Transportation = Since it's so very cliche, I think we should stay away from floating cars, etc. Sure, they can be much more futuristic. They can be more computer operated. But they don't need to fly. Honestly? If you want to fly, but a craft for that. No cars please?
Flying, since it seems to fit in here. Planes would become more sleek, less travelling in general, I would think. No business trips because you can contract someone by the click of a button. Not so much travelling just to see the world because you're safer where you live.

Weapons = I think lasers, too a point, are fine. But I'm an old-fashioned girl. I think there would still be remnants of old weapons, though not so much as armor and other things have been created to deflect the bullets.
I do, however, love sniper rifles. They are quite amazing, in fact. I think he weapons should be modified to be more of a new thing, better aiming system instead of just eyesight and, sure, we can even have a few laser guns. For me, though, I love just having a Glock and Sniper Rifle, maybe even the spare hunting knife.

Buildings = I believe they'd be about the same as now. But, over time, art does change. And, with that, so does architecture. I believe that buildings might have a more sleek look to them. Rounded corners, ability to make more structurally sound, yet 'impossible' looking shapes.
Really, I think this will be the hardest to decide of everything because it does have to do with Art, and we are highly influenced by the art of our time. It's hard for out minds to think of something that hasn't already exsisted. rofl
