You know what would be nice? If NCSoft lets us pick which ever language we would like to make our character speak in. Whether its Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, or wtv.

Clear and simple to understand directions on how to install the Japanese voices. I use them on the Chinese version all of the time. They are absolutely awesome!

Well if we got to pick what language our toons speak we'd definitely have more selections for voices. 4 just isn't enough for me!
Also I am hoping that they find some actual kids to give us some actual kid voices. I would love to make a little girl or boy character that doesn't sound like an annoying teenage girl or Sokka from Avatar: The Last Airbender. xD
