Bit of a random thought actually, but perhaps it'll make a good thread.
Are there any current, longstanding or even lifetime obsessions that possess you? And of course, by obsession, I mean anything for which you show an inordinate or almost inordinate amount of enthusiasm for.
Current: None
Longstanding: Team Fortess 2, Super Smash Bro. Brawl
Lifetime: Computer Games, Take Away Food, Archery.

Longstanding: Eternal Poison, replaying several older RPGs, fencing, cooking
Lifetime: RPGs in general, reading, drawing, singing, generally improving myself...

Current: Working Out I've been working out everyday for the last 8 days, skipping yesterday which means I have to do two sessions today.
Longstanding: Old Games, Snes, N64, PS, PS2, Gamecube, Gameboy->SP, & DS, RPGs Golden Sun or Final Fantasy, TBS: Civilization, Advance Wars, I want to get Fire Emblem.
*Things of a burlesque nature
Lifetime: Books, reading and writing (including film, esp. if well directed)

Really good scotch
Super Smash Bros. Series
Charlie Kaufman films
Lifetime:
RPS games or fantasy games in general.
Lord of the Rings
Star Wars (alomst anyhting related to it, though the majority of the books are pretty bad.)
Writing
Italian Food
And most of all, Film, just in general

Wow, that's kind of a hard one because I never really think about it.
Current and long-standing: Michael Jackson, House, Monk, Sim's (2 mostly)Ronnie Butler Jr. (Oscar from True Jackson VP)
Long-standing: Gordon Ramsay, David Tennant as the Doctor, Spiderman 2, DragonBallZ, Pokemon (games and old TV show), Digimon 02, Cloverfield, Men in Black, Disney movies, Legend of Zelda.
Life time- Drawing, Reading, Writting, I think Pokemon can go under this category as well, as I think Digimon can.
