On the edge of town lies a small wooden shack, which lies in a state of disrepair. A wooden sign hangs outside of it, over the door, 'Herb Shoppe', it says. Inside there's one low lying table, and jars scattered everywhere. On the table, on the floor, and on shelves. There are two doors leading out of the room, on leads into a hall in back.
Where a set of stairs lie, leading to the next floor. As well as a door to the garden in back. Guests aren't usually allowed up stairs, or into the garden. Especially not the garden.
The other door in the main room, leads into a smaller room filled with shelves. Scrolls and books sit on these shelves as well as filled jars. There are no lights in the room, and the three windows shed the only light.
The herb shoppe is a place to come for herbs, healing medication, and serums. The only rule: DO NOT TOUCH OR CONSUME ANYTHING IN THE SHOPPE! Unless Rae says its alright, because she likes to experiment.

Rae enters her shop and looks around at the pitiful state its in.
"What a mess," She says, shaking her head, "Ah well. That just means I'll have to work extra hard...."
Rae heads to the back of the first room, and opens the door to the hallway then the door to the garden. Coming back inside, she scrapes books and jars off of the table and picks it up. Heading outside she sets it down in her garden, then she goes back inside.
Picking up stacks of books, jars, and scrolls, she heads outside, and sets them on the table. After all the books are out of the room, she begins to clean the trash out. Sweeping the corners of the area, and depositing the collected dust and trash into a garbage can.
She then mops the floors, and begins to scrub the walls clean.
"Who ever was here last, didn't take care of the place- even the walls are filthy!" Rae says to herself, as she cleans them carefully.
After finishing the walls she heads up stairs, and returns with paint and varnish. She varnishes the wooden parts of the walls then paints the rest of them. She then sands the floor, sweeps again, and varnishes it.

After the tiresome task is completed she heads outside and takes the sign down in front. Heading into the back garden through a gate, she collects many of her books and takes everything up stairs. After several trips everything is inside. Back in the garden, she repaints the sign, and finishes her table.
Looking back in the main room, she decides that it should be done drying within a few hours at least, so she heads off to explore the town. Leaving a note behind in a window. She'll finish cleaning the place later.

Rae enters her shop, slowly closing the door behind her. Running up stairs, she checks the table. It still isn't dry, so she sets it outside. Heading out, she brings out a small stack of dirty clothing. She sets the pile in a barrel, and pulls water up from a well in the yard.
Heading back inside, she enters the smaller room next to the main room. Bringing out everything into the yard. Back inside again, she sweeps then mops. Paints the walls and puts up more shelves. Then heading upstairs, she comes down and replaces the curtains in the room. Heading outside, she waits for the paint to dry and does her laundry.
Once her laundry is done, she hangs it from a line pulled between two of the windows. She empties the barrel into a street, and finishes watering the plants.
She heads inside, the room is dry so she puts everything back. Then checks the table and brings it back into the main room.
Heading into her garden, she begins to draw a layout plan in her mind. Some of her plants will need higher temperatures, so she'll need to find a jutsu for them then use a seal on parts of the garden. Other plants will need constant water, so she decides to build a small stream and plant them nearby.
She begins to dig a trench through the yard for the stream. How to get the water to stay will be the hardest part, but easily solved. She digs about four feet down, and in a circle. Ending just before it begins, with a large pit. She finds some rocks and lays them down in the pit, using her chakra, she binds them into a sort of sealing layer on the bed. Exhausted, she sits next to the house and sips water, its almost six and she'll need to either finish or head back to the common house.

Rae awoke with a start, trying to stand she slips and falls. Her legs don't seem to want to work properly and her balance is thrown off by her half awake state. She lands on her back and bites her lip as a pocket of sand is pressed in and spreads inflicting much pain.
Looking to her side, Rae sees a rock sitting alone. She grabs for it, using it to pull herself up while ignoring the pain. More awake then before, Rae looks up at the sky, wondering how long she was asleep for and what she'd missed.
Standing again, she's washed over by a wave of exhaustion. When she'd been living in the deserts, this sort of exhaustion had been common, but in the few days spent in the village she'd lost much of her endurance and forgotten the harshness of working so long without break.
Rae stretched, before remembering that she'd been startled awake by a voice. Heading over to the door, she opened it, seeing Haruko.
"Oh, hello Haruko-san. How are you doing tonight?" Rae said, leaning on the doorway for partial support, "I must've dozed off for a bit, I'm sorry if you've been standing here long."
