I just love my wii fit, so if anyone else has one, I'd love to discuss it here.
I got so into my walking that I neglected it for a while, and when I came to have a body test, the message was amusing. "Of course I remember your name, my circuitry never forgets a pair of feet! Welcome back... (wrong name)!" I had a little giggle over that, but I understood its point too XD

I've started stepping 30 minutes a day on my wii fit, because the weather outside has turned windy and cold. Normally I would walk anyway, but the trees were dropping nuts and branches so I decided to play it safe.

sweatdrop wise decision... nuts would hurt, branches sound like a concussion waiting to happen.

I'm switching over to my wii more and more as fall sets in outside. While it's a lot more beautiful outside, this time of year is when urban drivers like to cut through the "scenic country road" at high speeds... I really need to write a letter about changing the speed limit. A residential street full of children and pets should not have a 40 mph limit, and half the people are on their cell phones. I had to practically jump out of the road one day because some stupid woman came speeding by and veered toward me instead of away as she sped by...
So yeah, I'm doing my 30 minutes of stepping on the wii instead, it's safer XD My piggybank that holds my total exercise time is silver, so I'm aiming to get it into the gold!

Whoo, I'm being naughty and posting in between exercises. I've gotten 18 minutes down, so I just need about ten more to complete my daily minimum.
I don't think I'll manage more than that because the heat is pumping! The people I live with must be cold blooded...
I feel pretty out of shape, but I keep getting good scores. My WiiFit board is slipping on my rug though, even with the special rug feet attached. i don't know what's causing that yet. I was doing the Downward Facing Dog yoga pose and my hands kept slipping forward, making it very difficult.
Update: I reached my goal. I really love the new biking game in Wii Fit Plus, it helped me hit my half hour goal. In total, I burned off 99 calories, not bad! I'd have done more if not for the stupid heating... razz

I used to play DDR (not a Wii game, but still XD) to get a decent workout, a few years ago. It was really nice in winter, because my room would be freezing cold -- but with the workout, I warmed up pretty quick. I kinda miss doing that. Then again, there was the problem that I could be doing DDR in the attic room and Mom would know on the ground floor because of how the doors rattled... Old houses don't like Dance Dance Revolution. sweatdrop

I know just what you mean. There is actually a DDR for the Wii by the way. I DDR'd until the sensors in my mat were all out of position. So I just saved up and got one of those big metal dance squares. Much easier to dance on!
Aw phooey, now you have me wanting to dance and I only have PS2 versions, with the PS2 being one of the consoles currently being stored due to lack of space. That is a fun game, though!

I have become completely addicted to the Wii Fit Plus cycling game I mentioned before! I "pedaled" for a full 35 minutes or so because I got lost and couldn't find the next marker to bike through. I'm feeling a very mild ache in my legs today, but nothing bad.
My only problem is that for some reason, my wii thinks that it is AM when it's PM, and I'm having trouble finding a place to correct that. It doesn't seem to be included when I adjust the time.

I work out for at least an hour and a half a day on my Wii FitPlus. It's so fun.

I feel kind of dumb, did anyone else know that you can record waist measurements in Wii Fit? I only found that out recently... but hey, my measurement is pretty consistent so far! (I'm happy as long as it's not increasing)
On a side note, it wished my dog a happy birthday. Katrinka turned 13 (we think, she's a rescue) on the 10th.

Aww, I still use my WiiFit for all my measurements and yoga, I just switched to GetActive; Personal Trainer for my main workout.

I own a Wii Fit, but I haven't used it too much. I just love the hula hoop game though!
I should start using the actual work outs for Wii Fit, and stop playing the games. Yet they're so much fun!

The hula hoop game is fun, but I have an injured hip, so I can't do it for too long without temporarily laming myself... sweatdrop
I'm enjoying the snowball fight in WiiFit Plus right now, as well as the cycling game.
