He freezes right thre, and swallows tightly, a nervous smile spreading across his face. "Doris. Well... you didn't waste time, did you?" He looks over his shoulder at his companion, as if to say 'play along'. "Let the hooker go, Doris. She won't call the police. She's a good girl, aren't you, Destiny?"

Avice froze eyes wide and white from fear. Distantly she heard Nevi speak, but all she saw was the guns pointed at him. Opening her mouth to speak no sound came out and she begain to shake.

Running to Nevi after he got hit she pushed the woman away. "I don't care what this is about. You leave him alone you witch!" Tears were barely being contained but she didn't move.
