I'm just curious here, there's no judgment or pressure to post. What do you generally eat during a typical day and would you consider it to be good for you?

I was naughty today. I let myself have some leftover pizza for lunch, then I had watermelon for dinner. So I haven't taken in anything really good for me today.
I'll be good tomorrow, I promise sweatdrop

I'd say I do all right by myself. I tend to eat when I'm hungry enough for it, and sometimes this means forgetting about lunch sweatdrop but if I work out regularly, I'm more likely to eat a proper number of meals in a day.
Breakfast usually involves eggs and sausage. Lately, it's been those and oatmeal. I have a mug of tea before I even go to make breakfast -- just something to wake me up -- and try to include a small glass of juice and a piece of fruit with the meal itself.
I don't think pizza necessarily counts against you, depending on where you buy it. There's a really good local pizza parlor less than a mile from my home, and I can actually order two one-topping pizzas from them and have the leftovers for lunch or supper for the week after and -still- lose weight.
(I don't really have a weight loss goal; I just noticed that, in spite of eating pizza every day, my weight was still dropping. I had just taken up exercising again, so I was apparently still burning off more than I was taking in.)

It's a Mexican pizza, so ground beef, tomato, onion... that sort of topping.
I've heard that eggs are the best breakfast food. I don't do much of a breakfast usually, just a coffee and maybe a banana or yogurt.
I unfortunately do have a goal, since I'll be a bridesmaid at my brother's wedding this October.

I'm having more and more grapes now. I have a vine and the fruits are finally about ripe, so that's my snack during the day.
For lunch I had salmon with some onions and kalamata olives for flavor. Then I ended up having salmon again for dinner.

Oooh, salmon... I wish I knew how to prepare salmon. My mom has made a pretty good one, and one of the restaurants in town has done an excellent honey-glazed salmon (omg amazing. Expensive stuff, but man is it ever worth it.

You can get canned atlantic salmon. I like to add some black olives on top and mash it up, tuna fish style. Only I use either a little bleu cheese dressing or the juice and water from the olive can.
You can also sprinkle a little feta cheese on top and microwave it for just half a minute or so, not even.
You know what? We should have a Healthy Recipe topic XD

My lunch today was sort of iffy. Pasta with olives and little balls of mozzerella cheese, cheese lasagna with ravioli in place of the lasagna pasts, and a half slice of carrot bread, and piece of peppermint bark. Also, a small cup of vegan chili.
I don't think that's too bad, nd dinenr tonight will be Moroccan stew, which is a tomato base with green olives, peppers, and tomatoes and chicken stirred in. I tend to take mainly the broth and as many olives as I can grab XD (bad of me, I know. Salty little olives!)

Tonight's dinner is one sweet potato, steamed whole in the microwave. My side dish is a mini salad of carrot ,red pepper, and onion with balsamic vinegar. The vinegar works on the onions to take away some of the sting.

When I eat lunch while living on campus, it's generally healthy, usually consisting of light types of sushi, fruit, or a protein bar after a good workout. Another main lunch is the lighter SubWay sandwiches. But when I'm at home, the meals get a little worse, usually some leftovers from dinner or a bunch of friends and I go out to eat a lot. IHOP is on the menu a bit...

That sounds like a good diet. It's actually healthy to let yourself have a treat like IHOP every now and then. It keeps those cravings down. smile

My springtime tastes are really starting to come back. For lunch today I had a small salad consisting of beefsteak tomato chunks, carrot, and alfalfa sprouts in a little basalmic vinegar.
Dinner last night was shrimp and tuna sushi. Tonight it will be mahi mahi.
