I need some Major help with my 'NightCrawler' costume.

I have lot's of questions and I would greatly appreciate it if someone could take the time to help me.

First, Let me start of with the Blue Skin. I'm not quite sure what kind of makeup I should use. I need something that won't flake and rub onto my costume, also I need it to handle heat; for I live in California and it is always hot here.
A blue or dark blue would work. ( I have not worked with makeup at all. If someone would put up steps on how to apply that would be great. )

I also heard of liquid latex, is that a good product to use?

Now the fangs are something I would like to use, but I'm not sure what to buy.
I don't have the greatest teeth.. They pretty much suck. I was thinking of buying a pair of 'MINION' fangs here. http://www.dentaldistortions.com/pro...products_id=15
I do not like the yellow tone to it, buy if this is the last resort then I will buy them.
Does anyone have expirence with fangs that I should know of? Such as fitting problems?
( I like the sort of fangs that were used on NightCrawler in the X-men 2 Movie, but I don't know were to buy or make them. ._.;; )

And lastly would be his tail. I've heard of running wires and all of sorts in the tail. I want the tail not to be stiff or limp. Something that lightly cures around, not bouces because of it's stiffness. How would I accompish this?

Thank you for the one's that took the time to help!! 8>

( I would like to have this done by Halloween. D8 So please, if anyone can reply fast enought, that would help. )

Not entirely sure on how to make any kind of costume but I snooped around Google a bit and found this conversation about Making some of the costume:

I have the 'skeleton' of my tail done. I'm really happy with the results - the fishing line 'tendons' didn't really work but the way I designed the harness makes up for it.

We found a long, flat, flexible piece of plastic molding at Home Depot. I cut that into three lengths - 1 long and 2 shorter ones. The 2 shorter ones strap to my legs and the long one goes up my back with straps around my chest and middle. The ends of all three pieces come together to form the base of the tail. When I walk the forward /back movement whips the tail back and forth.

Now I just have to put the 'skin' on.

The tail in general - http://images.cosplay.com/showphoto.php?photo=89040&password=&sort=1&cat=500&page=1

"If you haven't already, you might try finding some of the blue clothing grade "Scale-print" vinyl that some fabric stores have for the tail skin. It would look awesome. Maybe airbrush it a little bit?"

Actually I've already covered the tail (but thanks for your suggestion!). I found a stretchy fabric that was the perfect dark blue colour (it also has just a hint of a scaly texture to it) so I sewed a long sleeve and slipped that over the main part of the tail (after removing the cardboard spade).

Then I used wire to make the 'spines' on the spade (and added shape with a bit of duct tape). Then I hot glued strips of the fabric to the tail, making sure it stretched nicely over the spines.

I tried to do a bit of airbrushing but the blue I have wasn't dark enough to show up on the fabric (and black didn't really work either)

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who offered suggestions! I did get the costume done and I am quite pleased with how the tail turned out. Unfortunately I have no video so you can't see how well it moves, you'll just ahve to take my word for it. The harness was actually very comfy - I could sit and crouch in it (and, with slight modification go to the washroom without too much trouble) - I was even dancing in it at one point.

So thanks again everyone!

I hope that helps!
