This is a warning, concerning the character Jim Corrigan.
Jim Corrigan, a character of mine, is the current host for the Spectre, the embodiment of God's Vengeance. Any heinous crimes (including, but not limited to, murder and rape) commited in the immediate vicinity of Jim Corrigan will result an the Spectre appearing immediately. If this happens and you're the person that commited the crime, your defeat is almost guaranteed, as I will play true to the character of the Spirit of Vengeance, and that will mean exacting vengeance on the perpetrator. This will not mean your character's death, unless you give me permission to kill the character; I will not godmod any character deaths but my own. But it WILL be something that will make your character regret living. The exact outcome will vary from person to person, and the crime will influence it. As this warning is public, I will no longer feel guilty about anything the Spectre does to anyone. After all...

I don't think some of my characters will have that ability.
....well, they'd be able to, but he'd still find them.
