This post will be edited as needed. Last updated: February 12thRules and Regulations:
The top priority/goal of this guild is to inspire discussion and create a welcome environment for everyone on Gaia who can be mature. We only wish to have a good time and donate so that people can get the items they want. Simply put: If you can post in a mature fashion, you are welcome here. We are in no way an elitist guild.
1. Above all, abide by Gaian ToS and rules. Know what is acceptable and what is not. Abide by the PG-13 rule. Do not make topics or posts containing questionable content. Language in moderation is fine, but nudity and excessive violence is not. Refrain from making sexual topics or talking about illegalities such as music downloading or drugs. Any questionable posts will be deleted and possibly reported depending on their severity.
2. Respect everyone. Please respect all members by not flaming and/or trolling in any of the forums within the guild. What is flaming? Flaming is posting messages that are deliberately hostile and insulting. Trolling is deliberately posting false or controversial information in order to elicit responses from people who really want to help. Either one causes arguments and doing so will result in your post being edited and/or reported.
3. Respect the crew. The members of my crew are not at a moderator level just because I like them. They have a strict set of rules and procedures to adhere along with these rules. They know what is and isn't allowed in this guild and on Gaia. If a crew member asks you to do something please politely do so or dismiss yourself from the guild. If you have a question about any moderator's request please send me a message. For the time being, though, please adhere to the request so as not to cause any conflict. If I find a request to be out of hand I will take care of it accordingly. Please also note that I have to choose moderators wisely and asking to be one will not change my decision in the least. If someone gets picked and you do not, I promise you, there is a reason.
4. Grammar Grammar Grammar. Please, please, please post with some literacy. By this I mean do not type in sTicKY CaPs or l337. Please also try your hardest to avoid pointless abbreviations such as U for you and 2 for to or too. By doing this your posts will be much easier to read and people are more likely to respond in a positive manner.
5. No illiteracy jokes, please. We've all done it and sometimes it can be very fun. By this I mean, typing "lyk tis" on purpose. This is fun and we can all get a good laugh from it, but it's been done. Time and time again. The joke is dead and rarely does anyone find it funny.
6. No advertising. Do not make a single post with a link or a single image in them. Sure, you want votes, I know. The main forum is for discussion and other things concerning this guild and this guild only, with very few exceptions. If you absolutely feel the need to post an advertisement you can feel free to do so in the SPAM subforum.
7. Polls in every non-sticked topic. Some people make their gold by voting in polls. This being a charity guild I want it to be possible for people to gain as much gold as possible. What can this do for you? Well with more gold people are more likely to donate that gold to other users or to the guild fund. Therefore, by simply taking the time to fill at a few extra field with any non-sense you deem necessary, you are helping yourself and the guild.
8. No sexually oriented posts/images/etc. I know with one visit to the chatterbox you can get as many panty-signs and cleavage shots as you want. I don't really find any of it attractive (male or female) and I don't want it to be in my guild. If you have it in your signature please either politely take it out when asked, or leave. Cleavage that is too revealing may also be against the Gaia ToS and, depending on where you live, against the law. If you continue to post, display, or distribute these types of images your thread will be deleted and you will be reported, along with a screen-shot displaying the questionable material. Cybering threads and threads of sexual nature are not permitted either. If you create such threads offering cybering in exchange for gold or for any reason at all, once again: your thread will be deleted and you will be reported along with a screen-shot sent to a Gaia-Moderator.
9. Concerning Quest Threads Quest threads should be made in the Quests subforum only. You should only make a single quest thread in the subforum, ever. If you restart your quest or start a new quest you should edit your existing thread rather than starting a new one. This is so that there are not too many quest threads going on in the subforum and we can easily donate to those who are questing. If you have quit your current quest please say so in your thread so that we will know that you do not need donations and we can donate to someone who does. If you absolutely need to start over with a brand new thread ask politely in the main forum and if a mod is willing to do so, they will.

Rules Enforcement:
Basically we will be operating on a three strike policy. A record will be kept on what strikes you've had previously and what the offense was. Along with documented proof. Once you get three strikes you will be banned from the guild. Being allowed back into the guild will be determined by your offenses and a vote amongst the crew.

Moderators:
Moderators: `Mr. Mom - Captain / Overall Mod Ariadyne - All Forums Moderator
We seek moderators! Not until the guild becomes more active, though!
How to become a moderator: To become a moderator you have to have shown the ability to be level headed in tough situations. You have to be able to make decisions that are what's best for the guild rather than yourself. Do not PM me asking to be a moderator. When there are positions open an announcement with the application will be posted.

Stickies / Announcements:
Stickies: If a thread is stickied it is semi-permanent and not necessarily in need of immediate attention, but is something you should pay attention to. It will stay at the top of the forum for a long time and more than likely will remain there as long as the guild does.
Announcements: Announcement threads are temporary threads used to get the attention of all the members. A thread will most likely be an announcement before it is stickied. Announcements are later archived.
How can I get my thread stickied / Announced? Your thread has to be helpful and informative to the guild. Or something that members use a lot. Nominations and mods will decide if your thread is stickied or not. Please don't PM a mod and ask for your thread to be stickied.
