This place is for new beginners who don't understand roleplaying. This place will teach them all they need to know, and maybe more.

If any new roleplayer who's reading this, here are the rules and basics to roleplaying.

You have to 'act' out a character, it's your character. It can be anything you want it to be, but follow the rules to the forum's post. Now, let's say.. It's about ninjas and pirates. Don't come in there with a human in a bunny suite and start roleplaying. You sort've have to follow the directions.
If you know how to put a picture in your post, then put it next to the line that says 'pic:' if the forum has it.
A normal roleplaying skeleton looks like:
Gaia Name:
RP Name:
Age:
Gender:
Bio (history):
Picture or Appearance:

You just fill in everything. If you don't know how to put a picture into the section where it says 'picture or appearance' then reply to this or ask your fellow roleplayers if they know how.

When you want to talk out of character ( OOC ) then use paranthesis (()) {{}} or even say before you speak 'OOC:' and type away.
When in character (IC) you have to tell people through writing what your character is doing. With actions, like '*Slaps him across the face*' you can use ** -- or ~~ unless you want to do it the easy way and not use them at all and just write like you were a story. Example: She slaps him across the face with a broom, shouting, "You jerk!"

Don't god mod unless the forum says you can. Godmodding is when you kill everyone with no work at all, or you can't die. No one likes a cheater.

Now, when roleplaying, please write every word out, try being atleast literate. It's not hard to spell out 'you' or 'what' or 'eight.'

Don't do the roleplay.. How shall I explain it..? Whatever, example is the best way.
"I walk across the yard and spot you sitting in the chair drinking tea. So I creep quietly over to you and spray you with the hose."

We don't know who -you- are and we don't know who you are talking to. So please, say the person's name, or gender, or whatever. You get the point, right? If not, reply to this.

When fighting, roll a dice, which you can find in 'Post Action:' above reply box, you'll mostly want to roll a dice from 1-100, to make it fair. If you are attacking, and you roll the highest number, then you're attack will hit the person, but if you are defending, and you have the highest number, then their attack didn't make it, and you can dodge it.

If you don't get any of this, totally reply with your question, and I'll explain everything, or someone else can help.
