Shop Owner's Log Book

A rather thick log book sits on the front desk at Town Hall, it looks very new.

If you wish to own a store, it is very simple to acquire one and cost no money to you, though the amount of current openings are limited at this point so please sign up ASAP.

To own a shop, simply pick and chose from the list below and fill out the small form attached. You are also not limited to the shops that are listed either, it's just what is listed is what is needed. So even though a farmer is needed, you can still open a hair salon or a tailor's shop if that is what your character would do.

When approved you will be noticed and be given the OK to set up shop in the district of your choice.

Pay
Those who own a store make up to 1000 gold a week regardless if anyone comes to visit or not, it's assumed that NPCs come to visit and buy from your shop. Employees make about 500 gold a week.

So for shop owners you automatically make about 5000 Gold a season

And for employees - 2500 Gold a season

Running an Establishment/Owning your Own Business
Owning your own store is not as great as it sounds, you need to organize your wears, and pay your employees ( Which are automatic, so don't worry too much about that, but if you want to pay them more you need to add to the Automatic Pay and then pay the rest with your own gold. ).

If a shop owner proves to be unreliable and is often on hiatus, there is a chance and opportunity that the shop will be put up for sale depending on how much work was done to the shop.
