About society these days.
...It's that honor's been forgotten
And freedom never stays.
...Independence means nothing,
And will is a thing of the past.
...But I stand out:You don't own me.
And your control will never last.
...You might be a slave
To society's greed;
...But I'm my own person,
And what you give I don't need.
...Try all you want:You will never rule me.
Do what you will:I will always be me.
...There's a cause for your envy,
Here's what it is:
You don't know what it means to be
...Free.
