Hubur's husband. He waged war against the rebelling gods. Marduk captured him and used his blood to create man to worship the gods. This will prove a mistake for Marduk because in creating man with chaotic blood he has made us inheritantly chaotic and will eventually raise against Marduk and the gods when the chaos deities re-awaken.
