Wondering if anyone else knew about this? I think it's pretty awesome since you obviously missed the day the brotherhood went around the wasteland training everyone. I mean followers can use it and people you reverse pickpocket it onto.

Helpful to people on the PS3 and PC/XBOX players without the Operation Anchorage DLC that lets them get the training.

It's pretty much, as soon as you leave Vault 101, run to the area near the Citadel; there's a spot on top of a (nearly) unclimbable rubble mountain that will drop you through the world, so that you can get into the Citadel from "underneath" the map. whee
