I've been putting a bunch of Pro-communism propaganda on my locker, quotes from Engels, Marx, and Lenin, and the United Socialist States of America flag on my locker at school, and people keep destroying them. Suggestions/advice?

なぜ私か。。。Keep putting them up if you wish. If they keep ripping them down, put them back up. You can't get in trouble for having things up like that.

The locker is technically school property, Though. You may want to check with a professor to see if putting things on your locker is permissible. If so, You are free to personalize your own space as you please and destruction of that is rarely allowed. Of course, This is barring such quotes that would not be allowed to be said allowed in school.

FInd out whose doing it and put the propaganda on their locker?
Take photos, then put them all over the school in one of those old fashioned western 'WANTED' styles.
'WANTED - JOHN SMITH' Communist sympathiser, possible KGB. "Reward of $20 for any information regarding this red and his commie ways".

Keep doing it. If you can catch them in the act, make a ruckus about censorship. If you can get friends to put some on their lockers, go for it. And tell them to do the same. If someone is seendefacing your locker, be loud: "Who the ******** do you think you are? That is my locker and you have no right to deface it like that. I have every right to express my views in that manner and by defacing my locker you are committing a disgusting act of censorship."
Just go on like that.
If it turns out to be a teacher doing it...
Even better. By doing that they are restricting expression and forcing their views on students. Make sure you are loud and clear. Don't be shrill or anything.

I agree. North American school systems can be brought to their knees by moralizing and complaining. I highly doubt the school knows about, cares about, or would utilize the rulings of the Supreme Court.
I've seen this happen a crap load of times.

Although it generally involves some kind of clothing style or genre of music, not Communist material.

You could invoke your right to private property. By ripping things down, they damage/destroy your property, and regardless of free speech rights, the school must maintain property rights. wink
