I know exactly where you're coming from on the issues with Miltank (the damn pink cow). And, don't worry about your age at all. I know someone who's a member of practically the real-life version of the Winstrate family from RSE; the son (the one I'm friends with) plays Pokemon, his sister plays Pokemon, his dad plays Pokemon, and I think even his grandma plays Pokemon!
