New members of the guild (students) come here to become genin. Or any rank can request a teacher if they wish to learn a more advanced lesson. The person wishing to learn must post in the sticky to get a teacher. It is the job of the teacher to make a thread in which to teach the student. They will go over all important points with the student that pertain to what they need to learn. Teachers, you (should) know the drill.
