Square's middle and most talented brainchild that has spawned only 3 games.(If you want to include Radical Dreamers.) This awesome packed RPG series rivals that of even the likes of Final Fantasy or Dragon Warrior with it's well developed characters, glorious soundtrack, and of course miraculous themes and enviorments.

I concur. The ending where he takes on Magus by his damn self is also the best ending from all of them.

I was so happy when Chrono Trigger came out for the DS, since I didn't play or know about it when it was for the SNES, so I played through that and looovvved it. I loved it so much it made me go finish Chrono Cross. xD

Frogs Theme (I had that stuck in my head for weeks after I first heard it. xD)
favorite level was probably....hm...probably the Eden's Sea for Cross, and the time period with the magical city in the sky for Trigger.
Water, Holy (White), and Darkness were my favorite elements
