Post pictures of your lovely friends and tell about them if you want!!! || It R Loverly ||the one in the very middle, with pink flowers and green leaves on the cup AND saucer, is my VERY FAVORITE tea cup. the 5 lil white ones with saucers are demi cups, they are so tiny and cute ^^. about half the size of the favorite of the bunch ^^. the tan looking one next to my favorite is one my mom gave to me when i first started collecting tea stuffs. then there is the sugar bowl (white with blue trim) and the pot and creamer thing. the lil cup with no handle on it, my moms friend gave to me, he never used it and said i might like it. its REALLY neat. i plan on taking better pics soon, this one was spur of the moment kind of thing.

I have an eclectic taste in china. Though I was raised with proper sets I find the different colors and styles intoxicating.

I don't have a full-sized set, but I do have several miniatures, including one that my family made for me. There's a pottery shop around here, and you can paint your own dishes and they fire them. I doubt the cups are even 1/4 cup sized, but they're perfect for little girlish tea parties.

Well, I currently don't own my own tea set. But my mother says that when I move into an apartment, I'll inherit her tea set. Now this isn't just any tea set, but an antique china tea set, with old country roses painted on it!
Then there is my plain white tea pot which I will soon be painting and posting pics of! smile
Question: What's the standard number of cups that comes with a normal tea set?

The standard number of cups with a tea set is four. If you want to paint your tea pot, ask your fellow VTC member Chaos_Transformation. She is a prospective porcelain painter!
