Cursed Seals are given to the four ninja who serve as the guards. The Otokage has every right to refuse anyone admittance to the Sound Four, since he specifically picks them.
The four Cursed Seals are as follows:
Owner:
Special Ability: This Cursed Seal grants the user 150 extra chakra when entering a battle. Whether it is over the user's chakra limit or not.
After training 300 lines, the user gets 350 extra chakra when entering a battle. Whether it is over the user's limit or not.
In Level 1 form, the seal spreads in a flowing, flame-like pattern, on the right side of the body. The user has their fire jutsus enhanced when this is activated.
In Level 2 form, the seal begins to spread across the body and it looks much like burnt charcoal all along their skin. The user has a heat like aura around them, burning those who come into contact with them, and also making fire jutsus not work too well against them.

In Level 1 form, the seal spreads across the right portion of the body in many hook-like swirls with a small circle in the middle of the hook.
In Level 2 form, the skin turns a dark red, with a hint of brown. Physical strength is doubled.

In Level 1 form, the seal spreads across the right portion of the body, in a diamond like pattern.
In Level 2 form, the body is consumed in the diamond-like pattern. The user's speed is doubled.

After training 300 lines, the user gets 400 extra chakra when entering a battle. Whether it is over the user's limit or not.
In Level 1 form, the pattern spreads across the left portion of the body, with floral looking patterns. The user's Fuuton jutsus are enhanced slightly.
In Level 2 form, the skin is an incredibly dark blue, towards where it almost looks black, with a sort of glow surrounding them. Fuuton jutsus are greatly enhanced and appear to be the same color as the user's skin.
