Personality:
Chaos is the best word used to describe the nature of the gears which turn within the head of Ryota. He is utterly wild, destructive and cruel towards nearly all who dare oppose him. Lacking in many of the essential social skills, Ryota usually interacts with others via harsh and oppressive dialog, if not through sheer violence. The origins of his chaotic nature stems forth from the life he lived among the people of his village.
Ryota is terribly distrusting of other individuals. He sees trust as an opening that can be exploited by the enemy, due to his warlike pattern of thought. He looks at life like one gigantic battle. There are no breaks, no moment of repose or mercy for the slain. There is only one truth that Ryota follows. That one truth... is that everything that has a beginning also has an end. This one truth governs his actions... when he is in battle, there is no mercy for the weak and he expects little mercy in return. There is rarely any taunting or dialog during a battle, just relentless destruction. Death is a certainty in his eyes, unless convinced that the enemy defeated would show promise and fight him again.
There is value in respect. The unspoken code of honor shared between warriors, that is ever present in those who speak with their fist, is one that holds major value in the eyes of Ryota. He will respect those who show heart in battle, and will also respect those who hold a superior rank. This does not change the fact that he would look forward to fighting them and breaking the limits of mortality among normal ninja.
Even though he acts chaotic like in the battle field, Ryota has a compassionate side when he is one with nature or he feels cared for by others. Due to his abusive childhood, even the slightest bit of care, makes his relentless nature relax and he becomes a normal spoken person.

Description
-Looks: [ |Blades| ] These are a set of rather sleek daggers that serves as Ryota's main weapon. They have a black handle that is roughly five inches in length. Leading down from the handle is a steel blade that is slightly curved, with a blade that extends 7 inches from the end of the handle, and possesses a catch near to where the hands grip the dagger. On the opposite side of the blade is a small metal spike, and to the front of the dagger is a metal bladed guard that curves out opposite to the blade. This guard serves to protect the user's fist as they grip onto the blade, which can be held with the main blade facing down towards the pinky, or up towards the thumb. The blade is compete with a blood drip.
-Capabilities: The metal used in these daggers are of a chakra imbuing nature. This permits for the user to change the nature of the blade through the channeling of chakra into them. With the elemental nature of lightning, Ryota is able to send his Raiton chakra into the blades of the daggers in order to have them display the elemental properties of his chakra nature. However, because of his unique blood, his lightning does not appear as the typical white or yellow that most shinobi show. Instead, the static sparks that appear on the blade take on a black and red appearance, making it look chaotic, a stunning contradiction to his own personality. Once charged with lightning, the staff delivered increased damage. The blades will become hot to the touch, capable of delivering minor burns even as they slash at the target. Furthermore, the cutting edge of lightning sends a shock into the opponent's it strikes, causing temporary paralysis at the location of the strike. Normally this paralysis is localized to around five inches from the sight of the strike. However, this can grow depending on where the strike is landed. A strike to the shoulder of thigh could potentially paralyze the corresponding limb, whereas a strike directly to the head that is sustained for longer then a simple slash could cause total body paralysis.

Description
-Looks: [ |Spear| ] The spear is very decorative, but it's design does not compromise it's effectiveness. It's staff is roughly five and a half feet in length, and it has both a front and a base weapon on it. The staff is composed of a high density graphite that makes it extremely tough, but also allows for minor flexibility, allowing it to absorb the impact of its own blows without either becoming to malleable that it is ineffective, or being too stiff. At the base the staff is a light red, much like Ryota's eyes, but this color then shifts to an orange at the mid-staff, and then eventually become yellow up near the blade at the base of the staff is a golden metal trimming that leads into a steel tip that is conical in shape, leading down to a straight pointed tip. The design of the end makes it look much like a drill. The blade is joined to the staff by a decorative, green dragon that is serpentine around the front of the staff. The blade itself is curved, having a very sturdy blade that is made of a steel alloy that features a white blood drip, and a blue inner side that looks magnificent. The backside of the blade has a point, a curved swoop, and finally a little extension that features a small chain to which is attached a purple tassel.

Description
-Looks: These look like normal explosive tags. However, the Fuuinjutsu that is written upon them is done so in a midnight blue ink. The difference is more then just the color of ink though. The tags do not explode like normal tags, as they possess the elemental properties of lightning. Furthermore, they do not display normal lightning in their release, as Ryota's lightning appears as sparks of black and red, a unique feature of his body caused by his clan's dark chakra and black blood.
-Capabilities: These tags have the elemental nature of lightning sealed within them. As a result of this, they are very effective when used by Ryota, who has an elemental nature for Raiton. When they are activated, they release a large amount of lightning, though in varying fashions. If activated by a release involving the bird hand-sign, they result in an explosion the size of a normal explosive tag, though with lightning instead of fire. Not only will this explosion result in burn damage, but it will also send violent lightning through the body of those caught within it, resulting in temporary paralysis. However, if released with the normal means for explosive tags, namely the concentration sign, they release their storied powers much more slowly. If attached to metal or within water, it will send the electricity into the conductor. For metal, this means that the strikes contain lightning damage, exactly like Ryota's normal weapons when he channels lightning into them. For water, this will send the lightning out much faster, sending the shock towards anyone within the water. If attached directly to the opponent, the tag is able to maintain both paralysis and pain.
Name: Aioshi: Mizu | Blue Scroll: Water | [ Equipment Pouch ]
Description
-Looks:[ |Release| ] This is a small, normal sized scroll that can easily fit into a pocket upon a typical shinobi flak jacket. The scroll itself is rather slender, but it does not need much paper for its purpose. The outside of the scroll is blue, with small nub extending from either side of where the paper is rolled on it. Reversely, the inside surface of the scroll is white, with a single kanji written in blade ink upon it merely two feet within where the scroll unravels, meaning that it can easily be open and flung down upon the ground. The kanji on the inside is that of "water", thus implying the purpose behind this scroll. The kanji is surrounded with a complex seal, within which is contained a collection of water.
-Capabilities: This technique is used to release into the area a pool of water. After placing the scroll upon a surface, so that the seal is fully exposed, Ryota will form two hand-signs before stomping upon the kanji of the seal to unleash the water held within out from the seal in a circular path all around the scroll. Similarly, this technique of unsealing is used to put the water back into the scroll. While this scroll, on its own, does little more then cover a wide area in water about two inches off of the ground, it requires a strategist mind to use this water correctly. This water can absorb the force of Raiton techniques, channeling the electricity through the conductor of the water to any and everyone standing within the pool. Furthermore, this scroll can be used to supply Suiton techniques with ammunition, or do anything else that water is capable of on its own. The longer the scroll is stepped upon, the more water is released from within it, though Ryota has never needed to release he full amount of water within the scroll.
